The pool was average but the water was warm which made it very enjoyable. Customer service needs a little work but overall good hotel. I would visit again.

Location is very very convenient. There are buses to go to Old Quebec Town. Staff are helpful and friendly and even helped to change money for us to take the bus as a trip cost $3.75. The Bus Captain will not refund the balance, hence saved me a lot of money as I didn't have any loose change. Breakfast is good but no change in variety for the 2 nights' stay. Room is big but a little dim. I especially like the toilet design. The shower and bath are separated from the vanity basin

The quality of the bedding was very good and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No elevator to the floor with the rooms. The internet was not reliable.

Check-in was a bit long. We called the room about the non-functional cable access to the TV and were told at reception that someone would come by. We were in a hurry to go to dinner and then a show, when we returned quite late we had not had a correction. The next morning there was still no TV access.

Reception staff ok but nothing more. For lunch at 8.45 there were no more bagels and cheese. The sweeper should have come. Last thing for the brightness with the lights could be brighter. But I highly recommend it.

It's like a motel, with plenty of free parking spaces. The facilities are a bit old. It's a bit far from downtown and you need to drive, but the price is really cheap. There is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. The free breakfast is very limited, only coffee drinks, bread slices and croissants, which is enough to fill you up! Overall, it's OK.

It stinks. As soon as I got to the door, the stench hit me. When checking in, the service lady didn't speak English, so communication was difficult. She was chatting on the phone while checking us in. We booked three rooms, but the deposit was collected for each room. I paid for three rooms, but only refunded the deposit for two rooms. I could only complain to Ctrip again, and the reply I got was that the deposit had been refunded in full, and I was asked to wait patiently. I was trembling in my heart, not knowing when it would be refunded? And why were the deposits paid together, and the two were refunded immediately, but the one was not received?

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! The only drawback is that it's about 30 minutes away by bus from tourist spots...

Motel, free parking, convenient, reasonable price

I stayed there for two days and it wasn't cleaned properly and the towels weren't changed so I inquired at the counter and they were really unfriendly. It was a very unpleasant place to stay. They say the cleanliness is not good, so I think it would be better not to use it.

1. Free breakfast Wednesday-Saturday only 3. This is the perfect accommodation for the price!
