This hotel located in heart of Old quater,walking distance to many good local food, the room was clean and nice, the staff was nice and polite.

The accommodation environment is clean and comfortable, and the transportation and attractions are convenient. The attitude of the service staff is very cordial and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hanoi!

The hotel staff were friendly. I think I will use it again next time If there was one thing that was disappointing, the breakfast was a little bad.

Great hotel in the perfect place to be. In the middle of everything but still quiet. Lovely and clean, breakfast buffet was everything you'd want. Staff was really helpful and really nice, any help with trips, transfers ...prices are really good. We used the services and recommend them.

Charming hotel in a fabulous location. Originally booked for their sister hotel around the corner but we arrived in the morning before official check in time they said they were able to accommodate an earlier check in if we stayed at their sister hotel, Grand Fiesta. The hotel is very clean and the staff are exceptional, they go above and beyond to provide suggestions and recommendations for exploring the neighbourhood. The spa downstairs is great. Ask for Hua. She’s brilliant. One downside: the bathrooms don’t come with soap or conditioner so remember to bring some when you’re packing. Fab location and good value for money.

Very nice staff, helpful and attentive. Helped us booking taxi, bus to other places and even sent reminders time to leave etc. Breakfast has both Vietnamese and Western versions. Good location near all the restaurants and souvenirs shops.

Staff were very very kind. They helped me enjoy my trip in Hanoi. The room is very clean and cozy. They suggested that I go to the night market. They told me the direction to there very kindly. Breakfast was very delicious and the view from 8th floor was very good.

Amazing service from everyone and especially from Tuyen To. Every member of the staff was highly detailed and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location is at the center of everything. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back!!!

Location wise perfect! Every establishment is near here. Staff are very accommodating & helpful. They recommend places to go to & even help you plan out your itinerary and check schedules for you. They have a breakfast buffet which is a plus so you won't have to worry where you'll eat (i had beef pho every single day i stayed here! So satisfying) They also have a private car which can take you the Int'l airport & wouldn't hurt ur pockets unlike when u book from Klook or Grab. Overall, it was a pleasure & lovely time to stayed here. Would recommend you to try it out for yourself.

The hotel is modern, clean and has a great location. The bathrooms are great, water pressure also perfect. Beds are comfy, safety deposit box in the room. Staff are very friendly and professional. Overall can't beat this hotel for this price!

The hotel location at a very prime location, the Manager at the hotel Mrs. Tuyen is very helpful and will always be there to help you. Every time is nearby and the service here is on point. They book cab for us a same rate as grab. If i ever come back i will definitely come here

We found this hotel last minute and we were very happy with it. The beds were extremely comfortable which is needed after a long day walking around! Super friendly staff who gave us lots of information at check in about the best places to visit while here. We also arranged a Ha Long bay tour through the hotel which was very reasonable price and a fun day. Very close to restaurants and bars within 5 min walk. I'd stay here again next time I come to Hanoi. The only thing I'd note is some of the rooms have no window which could be an issue for some.
