Good everything

The first room the assigned to us was very dirty as if it was never cleaned. Smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the hallway and seeped into our room. Had to sleep with window open in freezing winter otherwise suffocated by the smoke. Next day we requested change of room which was slightly cleaner but the cigarette smoke was never resolved. Apparently there was no control and local guests were just smoking in their room and even lobby (staff did not say anything). Room cleaning was only to take our trash and housekeeping staff did not even clean the floor or bathroom until you asked her to do so. Please be careful when you book a room because they may assign you a room on 16/17 floor which requires climbing stairs (many guests complained about this).

If all you want is a bed to crash then this is fine and the location convenient. But if you think you might spend some time inside the room then I suggest choosing one of the many more expensive alternatives nearby where carpets and floors are clean and rooms don’t stink of stale cigarette smoke.

Hotel was in ok location, not so far from metro, walkable distance, but the perks is it's in the center of almost everything-walking distance. The lake view is splendid, and staff was lovely to allow me to check in early

Very satisfied, moderate price, good environment, and enthusiastic service from the front desk lady! Five points of praise! Thumbs up, I will come to Hanting again when I need it, and it is also close to the subway station, 200 meters away, very suitable for sightseeing, convenient to take a taxi, and very close to the West Lake Scenic Area!

The room size is OK, but the facilities are really old-fashioned, and the layout is also old-fashioned. Everything is manual. If you are used to semi-automated hotels, you may not be able to stand it. Hahaha. Actually, these are understandable. The location is expensive, the sanitary conditions are good, and disposable mouthwash cups are provided. But there are two points that are not satisfactory. One is that there are only two plugs in the whole room, which is a bit troublesome to charge. The other is that the TV is too old and too small.

The surrounding environment is very good. The room is close to the community and very quiet. There is almost no noise when resting at night. The transportation is convenient. It takes a few minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel service is very good. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk are warm and friendly. Especially the handsome man, I asked something casually, and before I finished speaking, the handsome man handed me something directly: Take it! Take it! Everything that can be free is free! The communication is very refreshing and straightforward!
