Booked the tatami room with no windows. Overall was comfortable but toilet and shower room door is shared so water splashes out after shower. Shower flow is good, water is warm and air-conditioning is strong. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable as well. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Place is near In77 mall and 7 minutes walk from train station. No lack of good food and drinks in the neighbourhood.

Very close to tourist spot, shopping mall (in77), and metro. The staffs are very nice and supportive. The reception is on 7th floor and guest rooms are on 4-6th floor.

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, close to Hubin 77 and West Lake, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The room was exceptionally clean, with no signs of dust or mold. However, the tatami room type is more suitable for two guests due to its size and layout. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist — from helping us with parcel arrangements to carrying our luggage. Every request was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

The hotel didn’t have a twin bed room that I booked. First they asked me to move to the room with tatami but I needed beds. They offered me another room with one bed and placed extra bed in the living room as alternative. The room is not new and nice as it looks on the picture. The location was good but the room smelled like sewage and it was quite noisy. Also there is only one elevator and it’s so slow. Everyday you need to go to the front desk to renew the room card and it’s so annoying. I rarely give bad review but I really don’t recommend this place at all.

The best location with reasonable price. I used to live in Hangzhou near this hotel for over 10 years. This hotel is one of the best location by West Lake and city center. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you come to visit this beautiful city and lake. Although the hotel is not big, but room is big and clean; very good front desk people and friendly staffs. Nice breakfast, Walking distance to everything, west Lake, downtown, restaurants, subway, shopping, etc. only shortfall is a small elevator.

Nice clean room and good location. Good breakfast. Only 1 elevator in hotel was very slow waiting all the time

This is hands down the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. It's located right above the in77 shopping mall, and my king room offered fantastic views of West Lake, which is less than 100 meters away. Just across the street, you'll find Hangzhou Restaurant, a renowned local eatery. With a subway station, commercial streets, and more shopping centers nearby, you can literally step out and find endless dining and shopping options. It's incredibly convenient for everything! I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit. Absolutely superb! 👍

Very near to West Lake西湖and just beside Yin Tai Shopping Mall, we get the large room and strongly recommend u to get it because it is limited edition. We also booking for Tatami but not that recommend because just Rm10 different.

Fantastic location and the tatami rooms are just so lovely. Extremely friendly breakfast and cleaning personnel. Front desk could have been more helpful but maybe to be expected in a big city.
