The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

It was a very pleasant stay. The villa is full of details and surprises everywhere. The hygiene standards are not faulty even for a person with mild mysophobia. Breakfast is freshly made. The West Lake is right outside the door. The location is amazing. I wrote a review once and gave a thumbs up to the conscientious business.

A very comfortable B&B, quiet in a bustling city, with Yuhu Bay and Taizi Bay just outside the door. The boss and his wife are friendly, the room is clean and tasteful, the materials are exquisite, the mattress is King Koil, the accessories are all Amway products, the living room is large and relaxing, the night view of the yard is also beautiful, there is also a swimming pool, the breakfast is rich, nutritious and healthy.

The room was furnished. Very cozy. And modern. The environment is very elegant. Every corner is fully displayed. The hostess was attentive. And taste. High-end and atmospheric. The air in Hangzhou is very good, but after staying at Ruobai Yayuan, it is worthy of being a five-star high-end B&B. Each room is equipped with a high-end air purifier. The hostess is intellectual and elegant. Especially the breakfast is very nutritious and delicious.

Ruobai Yayuan B&B has a beautiful environment, comfortable and warm rooms, rich breakfast, good service attitude, and is very close to the attractions. You can wear the Hanfu provided by the B&B to take beautiful photos. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Hangzhou.

There are two century-old trees in the courtyard and cute cats. The infinity pool is like a treadmill with no end in sight, and you can also do a spa. The homestay also has Hanfu costumes, and you can check in at the nearby Yuhu Bay. It is very close to Prince Bay and Yuhu Bay of West Lake, and a 10-minute walk from Su Causeway. The buffet breakfast is very exquisite and rich in variety. The breakfast coffee is actually illy coffee beans from Italy. The hygiene of the B&B is very meticulous and the service is impeccable. This time I traveled to West Lake in Hangzhou, I unexpectedly booked this B&B. I didn’t expect it to be so good! The room was very clean, and the bedding was my favorite white color. It was very high-end and very comfortable to lie down on. What I look forward to most every day is their breakfast, which is really rich and varied, and all made by myself. I love it😍. There was a pleasant scent as soon as we entered the room. The housekeeper said it was lavender essential oil from the international brand Artistry, which was very comfortable. The old couple took advantage of the National Day holiday to travel. A friend recommended Ruobai Yayuan Luxury B&B. It is located in the West Lake Scenic Area. There are many scenic spots outside.
