The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

This time I traveled to West Lake in Hangzhou, I unexpectedly booked this B&B. I didn’t expect it to be so good! The room was very clean, and the bedding was my favorite white color. It was very high-end and very comfortable to lie down on. What I look forward to most every day is their breakfast, which is really rich and varied, and all made by myself. I love it😍. I stayed at Ruobai Yayuan with my mother. It is close to Prince Bay and has a great environment. The facilities in the house are complete and very convenient. The boss is very nice and the service is considerate and thoughtful.

It was a great experience. Everyone here is so warm and caring. I overslept and missed breakfast time, but they still saved breakfast for me. It felt like home. When I left, they also gave me a souvenir, which was a surprise. My daughter said this was the best homestay she had ever stayed in, and she would come again next time.
