The service provided by the hotel front desk is warm & friendly with an excellent checkin experience and a great environment. It is worth recommending. We checked very late night. Especially Front Desk Executive Ms.Song attended well at late night and our checkin was very easy.

The phone number of the hotel register on trip.com can not be used. I request that the hotel put a functional phone number. All facilities in hotel are great and room is clean.

This hotel is directly next to XiaoShan airport but to go out from airport area and arrive to hotel you need only 15 minutes by car. Rooms are very big and super clean. Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort.

Breakfast was great.  Bed and pillow were also great.  They have separate shower room and toilet.

Receptionist response very fast when we ask them how to connect wifi-TV, they send a staff to our room even it's around midnight. I like their breakfast with variety choices, taste good. Free shuttle service from airport to hotel save money. This is my second time to stay at this hotel and definitely I will come back again!

Nice hotel, very close to the airport. It is very convenient if you have an early flight. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. It’s noisy because the hotel is very close to the airport.

Price was cheap enough to accept the cigaret smell in the room. The hotel can be better if they can get rid of the cigaret smell or separate the non-smoking room.

Good for a stay before catching morning flight

The facilities are very complete, the hotel service is also in place, the environment is good, there is no peculiar smell, the big bed is very clean, and there is airport drop-off service the next day. I was really excited. If you are not very entangled in the price, I still recommend staying in this hotel. Stay for one night today and you will be in a good mood tomorrow!
