We had a very good stay. Just a pity that the weather was too hot outside the hotel !

Convenient location to West Lake and Linyin Temple, fantastic foods especially breakfast, good sized room with all amenities, staffs are nice and friendly.

Excellent service, room big and comfortable, we had fresh fruit every day. Hotel very close to West Lake. Breakfast absolutely great (western and chinese). Best option to visit West Lake.

Excellent Quiet place

The hotel is very good. The room and service are in line with expectations. The breakfast is also delicious. I also experienced the SPA. I will consider staying here next time. Except that the transportation is not very convenient (traffic control in Lingyin Scenic Area) (but it is still very close and convenient to Lingyin Temple)

The front desk upgraded me to a garden view room. The room is very large and the view is very beautiful. The hotel is not large, but it has a sense of design. The hotel as a whole is not very big or new, but the rooms are quite large and exquisite. The service is very good. The hotel is very close to Lingyin Temple and can be reached on foot, so if you take the bus to the hotel, Shilianting Station will skip the stop during peak season. You have to take the bus to Lingyin Bus Terminal and then walk back. It won’t take you too much distance.

The Western bread and snacks are more authentic than many hotels. In the future, I will choose Jiuli Yunsong when I travel to Hangzhou. I like its low-key luxury

Overall it was pretty good, but I was also drunk that there was no hand sanitizer next to the basin in a five-star hotel, so I had to use shower gel instead. Also, the so-called free shuttle bus of the hotel came according to the shuttle bus time, one hour per day, which was very unfriendly. You can only call the shuttle bus, and if you can't pick up and drop off according to the guest time, don't mark it specifically to mislead the guests. The restaurant tasted good and the service was good. You can extend the check-out to 1 o'clock, which is good.

The room is clean, the food is good, the minibar can be refilled for free, and the spa massage is very relaxing. The travel photography service is also very good, Xiao Tao is conscientious and responsible, and it is a good living experience.

The hotel is close to Baile Bridge so there are restaurants around. Going up further is Lingyin Temple. There is a tea garden at the door, which is very quiet. If you drive, you have to park your car in the public parking lot opposite. Parking is free for staying in the hotel. The room is quite big, and the toiletries are good. The drinks in the refrigerator are also good. The breakfast is semi-self-service, and the Cantonese dim sum is freshly steamed, which is very good.

It was a very good trip. The hotel is located in the West Lake Scenic Area, a 10-minute walk from Lingyin Temple. There are tea gardens at the entrance and on the left side of the hotel. You can see tea farmers picking tea early in the morning. The hotel environment is quiet, the room has floor heating, and the service attitude of the hotel's room service staff and front desk staff is very good and considerate. Ann at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, very attentive and considerate, and makes guests feel at home! Will come again!
