Well worth the price. Comfortable beds, and quiet. Only issue was shower door wouldn't close so water got everywhere in the bathroom and became very slippery.

We literally walk out from from airport arrival into the hotel lobby . The front desk upgrade us to a suite to our surprise 😊. Bed is so comfortable.Breakfast is delicious .

The staff is very polite and helpful. The entire hotel environment is very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend staying there, whether you're on a business trip or a family trip.

Great hotel with airport runway view. Huge room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is also recommended.

Great location for if you are taking the morning flight out, 10mins walking distance to the airport. Room is big, clean and all amenities provided for.

Casa attended to us and he was very cheerful and friendly . Beautiful rooms , pool and gym .

Had a great stay at Hangzhou Hyatt Regency at the airport - everything was top notch, including the service from Luke who helped us with all our enquiries.

Location is excellent. In the room however, the temperature was too hot, AC didn’t work very well. In the bathroom there were no amenities (even hand soap was missing!), the toothbrushes were delivered to room very quickly though.  Room service menu is good, beds and sofas are very comfortable.

Convenient location and clean environment

Nice hotel but twice the price of the Palace across and not any real difference. Room was ridiculously hot, even when set to 16degrees. And I booked it because it had a pool but it doesn’t open until 10am so no good for a morning swim (in an airport hotel…) I had a free spa voucher but that doesn’t open until 11.30. Breakfast is OK but nothing compared to the other Hyatt hotels in China (just spent a week at the one in Dongguan which I highly recommend). There was no selection of food apart from the basics - which is disappointing for a 25usd breakfast and staff, of which there really were plenty, really just stood around as they didn’t really have anything of interest to cook. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Good service but just a little bit disappointed by the breakfast I use to go to many Hyatt and I missed sonething at the breakfast. Same for the room service, expensive but the club sandwich was not so good

So clean and very it’s inside the airport location it’s very very good if you have next trip

Stayed here on a business trip as didn’t want to stay in town and catch taxi to airport and need a relax start to the day before catch another flight on business, the hotel is perfectly situated within in the airport and is a short 2min walk to the departure terminal. You get what you pay for and the staff were exceptional and the buffet dinner and breakfast were on point. Highly recommend for anyone traveller looking for a quality stop over for an earlier morning flight.
