I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

This is my first time staying at a hotel under the Regent Group. Overall, I feel good. I will choose Regent again if I have the chance. The lobby design is unique and suitable for taking photos, but I didn't take many photos because I was in a hurry this time. I mainly wanted to go to Xixi Wetland Park, which is quite close. I'd like to praise the projection, it's like being in a movie theater, it's one of the best hotels with projections I've stayed in, there's no bathrobe in the room, I asked the front desk and it was delivered very quickly, the toilet in the bathroom is smart, the simple style of the room is suitable for young people, it's quite suitable for couples to travel~ However, let me talk about the shortcomings: 1⃣️I don't know if it's aromatherapy or perfume in the elevator corridor, it's too strong, like cheap car fragrance 2⃣️The toilet paper roll is too thin, it breaks into pieces after wiping, and the tissue paper delivered later will not be like this 3⃣️The hair dryer is too weak, the original hair dryer in the room makes a lot of noise when turned on, I contacted the front desk to change it, it was good at first without noise, then I stopped to comb my hair for three or four minutes, and it couldn't start, and it could blow again after more than ten minutes... Although they are all minor problems, I still hope you can improve it, and I will come again if there is a chance~
