Was enjoying the time with pleasure at this Hotel

Great location and breakfast. However, the room was poorly isolated. You can hear passing by Trams, cars and other guests.

Great breakfast!!

Absolutely loved my stay! Very friendly and helpful front desk. The beds are super comfy and the shower is good pressure and hot! Great value for money! The tram is a few minutes walk away straight into the city. There is a mall close aswell. You can buy 24hr tickets to use the bus/tram/train from the front desk of the hotel cheap too! Nice high ceilings. Honestly loved it would stay again

Cons: Awful experience. First, the staff surprised us in our very first seconds by telling us our reservation was for one person, but fortunately he got convinced after I showed the booking details to him. Second, do not expect to find your room as it is shown in the photos of the booking platforms ... We have seen a very different room. We were given an old room in the attic. There is only one lift in the building, and it can reach the 4th floor. Those in the attic seem to be on the 5th floor. During our stay, we smelled sewage in our room for three days. The Internet connection was not good in our room (maybe other floors were not problematic). Even though the breakfast service was good and there were modest food options, the pastries did not appear to be fresh. Pros: The hotel is located near the metro. The staff were rapid in filling the breakfast buffet.

Good enough for few nights. Great location. Reception deski kind a pod fashioned, not really friendly welcome. Tasty breakfast.

The hotel is nice, the room is spacious, there is a coffee maker, and the breakfast is also rich. Parking is provided. The room key looks like an antique official seal (see picture), which is very special. High cost performance, I will book again next time.

What a terrible hotel quality. There's no air conditioning. The room is too small. It claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it's a maximum of 2. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Prague, this one had the highest price and the worst quality.

The house is not soundproof, and the heating pipes tend to make strange noises, which greatly affect sleep.

It was kept clean without any problems, and it was nice that it was within walking distance to Prague Central Station. The walls were a little thin, so you could hear the noise around you.

We were satisfied, if there is a problem with the heating in the room, they provide a portable heater, the breakfast is great, very close to the metro, I recommend it...
