The staff was excellent. The manager was friendly. Really lovely environment

When checked into the room, it was not clean up from the last guest, beds and toilets were dirty and messy. After the clean up, the new towels provided have multiple stains on them. The shampoo/ body wash provided were also empty.

Was okay for its pricing, hot water did went out though. Other than that everything was fine.

One of the coolest budget accomodations in West London. I will be back soon.

I cannot express how utterly disappointed and infuriated I am with the staff at this hostel. It's one thing to encounter rudeness, but to be treated with such disdain and disrespect is utterly unacceptable. I arrived at 1am, hoping to find a quiet spot to work, and politely asked if I could sit at the bar. Instead of a simple refusal, I was met with a condescending tone and a blatant disregard for customer service. The staff member had the audacity to tell me that the bar was not for customers like me to sit at, but for their own use! The nerve! Sure, it was late, but as a paying customer, I should expect basic courtesy, not a verbal slap in the face. And to add insult to injury, the apology I received was nothing but hollow words from someone who clearly knew how rude they were being. I wasn't aware that the reception and bar suddenly became off-limits to customers 24/7. Perhaps if this information was conveyed with a modicum of politeness, I wouldn't be seething with anger right now. Yes, the hostel itself may be decent, with its convenient location and tidy facilities, but that means nothing when the staff are so disgustingly rude and unhelpful. Providing amenities like hair dryers in the showers means nothing if basic respect is lacking. I'm beyond livid. This experience has soured what could have been a pleasant stay. I will never set foot in this hostel again, and I urge others to steer clear unless they enjoy being treated like dirt by entitled staff members.

It was a really good experience and cheap stay. If you guys are looking for a short stay or a solo traveller then I will recommend this hotel .

I got a warm welcome at the bar, where the check in takes place, once you have our key card the hostel has a separate street entrance. There is a big communal room, which includes a television, a kitchen, sofas and tables. Each bed has a spot light, plug socket and curtain for privacy. I thought the showers and toilets were clean and in good condition. The breakfast is plenty and worth the money of £5. Overall a very nice sleepover.

It was a good location and a great experience. Facilities was good as well

The mattress was hard I woke up with broken back , lockers under the bad not practical at all , no sound insulation whatsoever.. rest is ok .

The toilet always clogged in the morning. However, I like that they provide hair dryers in the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly but sometimes I just needed to be alone🥲

Had a good sleep this time had a much better bunk.
