Second time here and still loving it! This time with two rooms and it’s the same comfy vibe as well. However, I can notice the wear and tear starting already inside the room, especially the shower. Hotel slippers weren’t provide but was quickly sent over after a call to front desk. TV channel options still poor, and was terrible when WiFi is down. Please ensure better connection. Overall good location and bang for buck stay!

Located in strategic location. Hotel lobby has access to great view towards the Georgetown area, and come with automated carpark (FOC for hotel guests). Room is very clean and well maintained. Overall, worth every penny in this price range.

Fast and efficient check in process. Nice to have a roof top pool to enjoy after a long day of walking.

decent sized room with gorgeous view, can see the mountain as well as the sea. Buildings nearby are very low, so you can see miles away. Professional staff especially at reception. They are carrying genuine smile and ready to assist. I would say they are more proactive than those five~star hotels i stayed in Penang and Langkwawi during this trip. However i really wish staff at concierge (night shift) can be more cautious and careful when handling shipment including parcels delivered to the hotel. They could have checked the identity of the one who pick up the parcel instead of not validating and allow anyone to go over to the counter to pick up by themselves. in the end who will bear the responsibility if the parcel was lost?

Absolutely love this hotel. Really value for money. Great location as it is near many eateries and cafes. Walkable to many places including Penang Street Art, Clan Jetties (20mins), Hin weekend market, TOP (15mins). Hotel itself is pretty new and spacious with a nice view of Georgetown and the sea (I was on 9th floor). Friendly staff and there is always someone manning the counter at Level 1. Takes 30mins to reach Penang Airport. Will stay here again next time I'm in Penang👍

Hotel is clean and new. Beds were clean n soft. Located in a calmer and quieter side of George Town (road was not congested and quite) yet walking distance from all the good stuff. The view from the room was great as the hotel was a taller building among all the lower shop houses. Really happy I picked this hotel.

The buffet breakfast on the first day was great! The pandan chicken was our favourite. They have egg stations where you can order how you like your eggs, toasts, fruits, cereals n milk, coffee machine, dim sum baos, nasi lemak, noodles. Quite decent for the price of the room Inc bf. Had a nice chat w the guy manning the counter as we were there at like 7am n there were not other guests yet. Sit near the window if you are early and get a nice scenic view while enjoying bf. Location wise no comments as we go everywhere via grab. Room was clean, only wished they had bigger rooms for like 2 queen beds for families with young children. We had a king bed but cannot fit all of us. Shower lotion n shampoo not great so I used the ones I brought along for my children. It smelled like Mama lemon dish washing detergent. Aircon was cold n nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and it was super easy to communicate with them. I loooove looooooved the room and how clean it was. I will definitely be staying here again.
