Room designs is new and modern, but still have some tiny dusts on closet and dressing table, and room service have to improve more for toiletries renew. Stayed for 7 days, didn’t provide new slippers

The hotel is located in CBD and everything is really walking distance. Location couldn’t have been any better, the hotel is clean and the room was very quiet. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels for business or leisure.

Great value for money in the center of Melbourne. Our 3-night stay in the Howey was even better than expected. Corner room was big and full of light. Location was great with shops and restaurants nearby. 100% recommended.

The Howey is a hidden gem! We were in need of a last minute hotel for a family of 5 and chanced upon The Howey. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and sofa/sitting area and the second room with a king bed and queen size pull out sofa. The rooms were clean, modern, well-maintained and the location was perfect. We could walk anywhere in the CBD in 15 minutes or less and were immediately next to tons of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is tucked away on Howey Place, just off of Little Collins between Swanston and Elizabeth Streets. Superb location but just far enough from the major thoroughfares to be quiet and restful. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we plan to reserve again in the future.

In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with this hotel. It is great. This is the hotel that I am most satisfied with during this trip. Located in the busiest place in the city center, but there is no noise at all. We went out for a walk every day. It was Christmas, and the lights were bright but the order was in place. The hotel is surrounded by famous buildings and RMIT University. Various tall and majestic churches stand tall, and it feels like I am in Europe. The hotel has a very good service attitude, the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, the cleanliness is very good, the room is larger than we expected, and the facilities are good. It feels much better than the same level hotels in North America.

Overall it was good. On the second night of our stay, the water supply on the entire sixth floor was cut off and we couldn't take a shower or wash our face! ! We called the front desk and they were indifferent. Finally, they asked us to take a shower in the room on the first floor. After that, they didn't apologize at all. The front desk staff were generally indifferent. The room facilities were quite cozy, but the sliding door of the toilet was very inflexible!

Everything is very good, close to the city center, good value for money👍🏻
