The check process took longer than expected, the person kept on asking for unnecessary information,where as the passport was in their hands, the sound proofing is not that good you are awoken by the noise from the traffic outside,the breakfast was just sub par ,would not recommend

Very satisfied with the hotel's facilities, especially the laundry room. When the clothes are dirty and need to be washed immediately, there are washing machines and dryers to get them done in 3 hours. I go out to do things while doing laundry, and when I come back, I get clean clothes. Thumbs up 👍

房間設施可以，環境可以，服務周到，周邊就是運河商區，餐飲購物都很方便！環境什麼的都很好，工作人員處處為客户着想。 前台接待熱情，房間讓人入住非常舒服。很不錯的酒店，整體員工服務意識都很強，不管是前台還是餐廳，還有客房阿姨都很熱情和藹。門口就是地鐵，交通方便。走出去附近有小超市。餐廳種類還算豐富，性價比也比較高，是一次很舒心的住宿體驗。下次來拱墅還是會繼續選擇這家入住。
