Quality Inn

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches dead and alive in the room. Floors are disgusting. Staff is just a family of three, the daughter is the only one that isn't completely disrespectful and rude. You will see the amount of trash from my pictures, that trash remained there all 3 terrifying nights of my stay. I am ashamed that I did not leave and go to another hotel, the area was largely sold out and near by rooms were 800+ a night. I asked them to clean up the 2 live cockroaches I smashed. They still refused to mop or sweep. I had them come to the room and show them the 2 cherry tomatoes that were still fresh along with random pieces of cock roach and other random filth. The tomato was swept out to the balcony and then off. But the stairwell was in the way so the tomato bounced off and found it's home on the second floor. If you want to know how other cultures live, this is your chance. The manager had the nerve to get loud with me in the lobby in front of other guests while i was making the point that this cockroach infested facility was unacceptable at $250 / night and would be unacceptable at $25 / night. Another guest actually told the guy that he shouldn't talk to other guests like that in front of anyone, and he started barking at him too. I will be contacting the health department as well. Do not go to Hampton, VA. The entire area is horrible. 0 stars. Uninhabitable roach infested disgusting place needs bulldozed. The one picture is the bathroom door, which had literally every single human fluid on it top to bottom.

A lot of activity in this property. *****, the place is absolutely filthy. Carts everywhere, people hanging outside at night, elevator not working, strong cigarette smells even in non smoking rooms, even saw people hunching in the corner of the parking lot outside of their car. It’s crazy. Never again

Dirty disgusting hotel The first room the toilet was broken and bug in the shower. The second room stunk of Indian food and incense. Bed spread and sheets were stained. Towels were dingy and stained. Carpeting was gross. There was a 2 inch gap at bottom of the door which leads to the outside. Anything could have crawled under the door. Place was disgusting! We were in town to bury our son. Having to deal with all these issues was awful.

Bed was comfortable and table with 2 chairs is a very nice bonus.... otherwise, average in every way. Cig burn holes on bed sheets do not make good first impression, but my lower rating comes from dust and pub hairs in the bathroom floor corners, which show a lack of seriousness toward cleaning. Good for a stay with naughty girlfriend, but maybe not the whole family

Pool was not open during scheduled hours. No fridge in room and when called about it, none was provided.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF!! TO TOP BOTTOM, TO NOTCH SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL from the moment we walked in the door!! My (now) husband and i came to Hampton to be married. This was our 1st do getting into town, staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make out stay INCREDIBLY SPECIAL!! Beyond that, the ruin was very very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast enjoyable, *i love the little pancake maker!! The oil was great, just an incredible experience overall!! Ive stayed in MANY MANY HOTELS, NONE of which compare to the amazing senile and staff we received at Quality Inn Hanpton. Thank you Mr Alexander (i believe that is correct) we will be been OFTEN!! THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE PLACE ! ❤️
