Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

It was a wonderful experience. I would love to stay with Hyatt again sometime soon. The grounds were beautiful, staff were welcoming, the room was gorgeous. Over all the accommodations were great!

Overpriced hotel that is dated. Rooms were tired and smelled musty. Pillows limp and lifeless. The bar and small market they had in the lobby were overpriced for what you receive. Would not stay here again. Upon arrival my shower drain was not clean and I had to remove a large hairball from the drain so I wouldn’t flood my bathroom. Ironically, my shower was flooded from the room above, waking me up at 2:30 am from the massive leak streaming from the ceiling.

Very comfortable hotel, central area. I was in a double queen on the 19th floor. It was quiet and had a nice view. Helpful staff. Appreciated the 24 hour market.

There was an initial issue receiving the deluxe room upgrade but that was resolved quickly. Everyone was very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious--the omelet was one of the best I've had. We were able to walk to a wonderful pastry bakery, a great tapas restaurant, and the Taft House Museum. There was live entertainment down the block, as well. The Cincinnati Art Museum was a quick, easy drive.

Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. Staff were wonderful. Room was clean, restaurant was very good, and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would stay here again.
