就在學校邊上是屬於學校裏面的一個酒店，整體裝修風格還是蠻有特色的，因為重新翻修過了，整體設施也比較好

飯店衛生覺得還是沒有很足，給了小費2美金只有換垃圾，要給5美金然後寫清楚才有換新的浴巾跟衛生紙還有吸地跟倒垃圾。然後冰箱一直在漏水，冷凝功能很差，我的牛奶放五天還未過期就已經壞了，甚至是因為房務把總電源給關了，所以冰箱也影響了。冷氣機運作時真的很吵，好幾次半夜被冷氣機聲音嚇醒。隔音挺差的，隔壁家庭房講話我都聽得到，甚至還有小孩在玩消防門，這讓我很害怕，因為那扇門是可以通往隔壁房間，雖然是鎖上的，但門把被大力上下擺動實在會讓人害怕。體驗上更不開心的是當我要退房時，櫃檯說未收到完整的費用，但我在出國前預訂時分明已經刷過信用卡且系統上跟帳單都顯示通過，然後到飯店退房我還得再多刷台幣5700多才能退房，當下我是得刷卡才能退房，之後我致電給平台，這似乎是平台與飯店的問題，很慶幸的是飯店的櫃檯人員是非常和善的協助我處理，但目前平台的處理效率我不予置評，一等再等，在飛機上到回國已經過了三天我仍然未收到退費的通知，只有寄信告訴我何時會回覆，但日期一拖再拖，給要預定的人一個忠告，在平台訂房已經比在官網預訂貴了，然後如果遇到這種事，任何刷卡證明及飯店負責人聯絡方式都要保留及對話錄音保障自己，我目前仍等待平台給予合理的回覆。

We had the best little getaway at the Graduate Cincinnati! The hotel is clean, cute and fun with all the Cincinnati vibes. I stayed with my two teenage girls, and we all loved the atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. We grabbed pizza at the bar for dinner (delicious!) and enjoyed iced coffees and chocolate croissants in the morning before heading out. Whether you’re in town to visit the University of Cincinnati or heading downtown for a game or a festival, the location is super convenient. Highly recommend for a fun and stylish stay (great photo opps) in the Queen City!

I wish I could give this quirky, unique hotel more than 5 stars! Coolest decor ever and the theme is that everyone is a student. Excellent restaurant, Fiona's, serves dinner. Too bad we only were able to stay only one night.
