Just stayed on night on a work trip. Everything was clean. The room was fully equipped. More than most. Plates glasses etc. including a coffee plunger and some fresh coffee. Shower pressure was fantastic! Bed was comfortable. Perhaps the furniture was a little old for some, but that didn’t concern me. Overall, really good.

Very large rooms with easy walking to restaurants. Area is somewhat sketchy. Convenient to main roads. Staff friendly.

The room itself was fine but we had no car and had to walk to the downtown area. Not so far but passsed many motels and a number of questionable characters. I was OK with it but the person I was with was super-anxious about safety so we stayed only one of the three nights we had reserved. I asked for a refund only for the third night, but was rejected with the representative of the owner, when I appealed, insisting it was perfectly safe. In fact, the person at the reception desk said he believed it was safe, but ... I checked the historical context of these motels in a row. During covid they were empty and suffering so they made an arrangement to have them occupied by homeless people, with the cost paid by the state. A few of the motels, including Atrium, did not do that, but Atrium is near the end of that row of several who did, At one point it was around 500 residents. Now, according to the internet it is down to 150 or so. I have nothing against the homeless. Usually they mind there own business but I think when a tenant asked for a refund after staying only one of three nights becasue of concesrns about the area, it shoud be provided for at least the third of them. Truth to tell, I think if you have a car and don't hang around in that area, it should be OK,but I could not write a positive reveiw based on my experience, as much as I would like to.

Reservation and Pre booking communication was great, check in was great, room was spacious, clean, comfortable and warm, internet was ok after we had an additional hot spot was set up in the room. Shower and bed was ok. Only slight problem was a couple of cockroaches we found on one of the rooms in the evenings.

Excellent property great location. Warm and clean and towels were fluffy and changed daily. I forgot some shower products and they couriered them back to me free of charge. Will stay here again!

Property was absolutely beautiful. We had the best experience from customer service to a very clean & comfortable room.
Very much enjoyed our stay. I’d strongly recommend this place for family and friends to stay. They only serve the best!
