"The hotel is on the side of the road, easy to access by bus. You only need to walk 1 minute to the bus stop. In front of the hotel there is a fuel filling station and there is a small shop selling snacks & drinking water. The hotel bathroom is clean, looks like it has just been renovated. The floors in the rooms in the corners are not clean, there are traces of paint falling off, maybe because of the old building. The room heater in one of the rooms we rented was not functioning properly. Requests to clean rooms can only be made after 3 days of stay by informing the hotel before 11 am. The staff is very helpful and friendly. In the room there is a microwave and coffee maker, you cannot boil large amounts of water, only 1 glass. There is a laundry in the hotel that you can use using quarter coins."

"I reserved a room for Aug 23 for one night. I arrived and saw no one except some driveway workers. I saw a sign and called the numbers (of the owners, I guess) and had to leave messages. Then I discovered the "manager" in a kind of separate room. She informed me they had no rooms. I showed her my reservation on the phone and she shrugged and repeated they had no room. An hour later, I got a text from the owner stating, verbatim, "We have no control over who extends their stay." In other words, because a current guest just decided to stay longer, the owner Renee just summarily canceled my reservation with no communication at all. What kind of hospitality business "has no control" over who extends their stay?? If I had a reservation, it must be honored. The result was that I had to pay twice as much for a hotel in the area, which, of course, the owner Renee didn't bother to offer to pay for. I looked at other reviews and saw the exact same thing had happened to others last year. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE."
