Aparthotel Adagio Access Hamburg Reviews

A lot of the things in the room like the fridge was not turned on and it was not explained to me that I needed to turn this on so my food spoiled. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Hand sanitiser on all floors were empty and when I asked someone to refill them, they did not. a few days later when I checked the sanitises was still empty on all floors in the gym area. There is only one washer and dryer and you have to wait hours for the person before you to finish. The kitchen area was very small and there was no place to dry your dishes. Not the best place for me and I will not be going back.

The location is good near to U-Bahn 3. It’s a good aparthotel for family stay

Good amenities, small kitchenette in the room. The location is good enough, 5 minutes away from the U Bahn. Friendly staffs.

The hotel is only 3 stations from the main train station and the metro station is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fridge could have been working better.

location about 30 mins from central station, price on booking sites differ from on site of about less than 60 euros a night. nice facilities with free coffee and tea

The room and hotel it self was clean, modern and new. Small touches such as including facilities such a a laundry room, iron, blow dryer etc were also much appreciated. The staff were also very polite and helpful. They were able to allow us to purchase a parking spot at the last minute. Would easily recommend and will be using again in the future when travelling!

The location is 500 meters from the subway and more than 100 lines. The room is clean and very nice. The decoration style is simple, generous and fashionable, I like it very much. You can cook and come again next time. There are free coffee drinks all day. Chocolates were also given on Christmas.

The hotel is on a quieter road, but not far from the downtown area. Take the subway U1 and U3 from the train station and the hotel is just a few hundred meters away. After mastering the route, you can check out within 20 minutes, walk to the subway station, take the subway to the train station, and board the train 🚉! The room is not big, but the facilities are very complete. Tea and coffee are available at any time in the restaurant. It is more than ten minutes away from the lidl supermarket, so you can buy things and cook them yourself. It was my first time staying at the Adagio Aparthotel, and I felt very good, so I decisively booked the same brand hotel in Cologne and Munich in the following trip. Ctrip customer service Xiaohe is very good. He patiently and decisively helped to solve the booking problem at night in China! I had a lot of fun in Hamburg, a super nice city!

The hotel is located in a residential area, the surrounding environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively complete. It is a little far from the nearest supermarket, but it is also within an acceptable range. It would be more perfect if the room could be equipped with a washing machine. It is worth recommending

Excellent hotel, I recommend! It's a 30-minute walk to the city center at a brisk pace, but there's a metro nearby - if you don't like walking - it's ideal :)
