Very near to the altona train station and good if you need the train to go other city such as berlin, munich and etc. A lot of restaurant and quick bites, and convenient mart Clean hotel and offer early check in with small fees.

Clean, small but comfortable room, good matres, nice breakfast, polite service, perfect position !

Top location, great breakfast, very nice staff, everything very clean

Upon arrival we had two down duvets and pillows while we are very allergic. When we asked for synthetic blankets we were told that if we came back in the evening, we could pick up the blankets ourselves at the reception. Upon returning after dinner it turned out that they only had 3 synthetic blankets, of which they had already given 2 to someone else. So we had to share one single blanket with two people. Because they did not have keys to the housekeeping cupboard, where there were more blankets. Very bad. They indicated that they would have a t****e blanket in the morning and that we would get compensation for the first night, for example a free breakfast that we had not yet booked. That would be nice. But the next morning they said that we could no longer get breakfast, because they had not counted on it in terms of numbers. While the booking stated that we could still buy breakfast on site. Even breakfast the next day was no longer possible. So we got a voucher to spend at the bar for €5,=. Not comparable to a breakfast for 2 people of course. All in all a very bad experience.

Good value for money in a central location

I never comment, but I want to talk about this one. . . 1. The hotel provides hot water kettles for 6 euros/day, which is a great experience. 2. The bathroom and wash basin are blocked at the same time. Please imagine the scene of dirty water flowing back. . . Although the hotel came to clean it after notifying it, why didn't it be maintained earlier? 3. Although the location is convenient, the hotel room environment and facilities are simple and the room size is small. I think it is not worth the price. . . .

Excellent location. You arrive at Altona train station by DB. It's just a few steps to the hotel. Breakfast good. Plenty of shopping opportunities, even at night.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. All public transport directly at the hotel is free of charge.

Located right next to the train station, but still not noisy. Delicious breakfast, nice staff. Perfectly sufficient for two nights....👍

The room is very small and the parking lot is on the slope at the door.

Everything was great, although it was right at the train station, it wasn't disturbing. Next time there again.

The location is perfect. Just receive. The room is big and clean. The beds are ok and the bathroom is good. I was allowed to have the room for free until 13.00
