All in all it was a very nice stay. We had a family room on the 7th floor, there was a room with a double bed in addition to two single beds. The bathroom is small and clean and is equipped with a shower bath. The kitchenette has a refrigerator and two hotplates, crockery is also available. Furnishings are simple and functional, so don't expect first class. But the mattresses were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet contained everything you could need to start the day. The staff among themselves could certainly be friendlier, but the ranking battles didn't affect the service. Unfortunately, it can sometimes take a while for the elevators to arrive at their destination, as they are not the fastest. At the moment, the Billstedt underground station, a good 800m away, is being replaced by a rail replacement service, but that works perfectly. We liked it and would book there a second time.

The hotel is more than getting old. It can't do anything for the location, but it's just bad. In the description of the hotel there was talk of free parking spaces, this is only true to a very limited extent, it is supposed to be there is a public parking nearby (about 200m) that you can use from 20:00 to 9:00 in the morning, we don't have it found and then had to switch to the hotel's own multi-storey car park for €12/day. There was breakfast, but it was carelessly and spartan (still has a lot of room for improvement).
