No toothbrush, no toothpaste, and when I ask the staff to bring me water to my room they said I have to come down to get it. A bit surprising considering that it is a 5 stars hotel, so I had expectations for a better service. Aside firm that, everything else is ok. Hotel is clean, good location and facilities.

The hotel location is perfect, but the parking fee at the hotel is quite expensive, as it operate by other, APCOA. Public facilities are a bit aging e.g. swimming pool and gym, however, equipments are in good maintenance. The service are almost all okay, except the housekeeping part, who knock my door many times while I was packing my luggage, as it's nearly check-out time.

First of all, let me tell you the conclusion: this hotel has no service + serious racial discrimination + credit card fraud. Yes, it is that outrageous. I checked in at 10 pm on May 16th, and the check-in front desk gave me a wrong room. I booked a double bed room, but they gave me a standard room.
