CchristineGThe rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed. The decoration is of very good taste. The site is beautiful between the lake and the mountain.The hotel manager and receptionist were exceptional and helped us on several occasions well beyond our expectations. It is a hotel with a family spirit that I strongly recommend.

GGuest UserThe front desk service WSL is super considerate! From check-in to check-out, the whole process was a smiling reception, patient and meticulous communication, and took the initiative to upgrade the high-floor lake view room. The Qinghai Lake outside the window is as beautiful as a painting. The experience is perfect!

MMiguelThis is a really good hotel in Tongre. My room was super spacious with a big bathroom. Very clean and confortable, with a great attention to detail. They even had a bottle of wine with two proper wine glasses in the room, which I found a nice detail (even if I didn't drink it! :)
The only negative is the breakfast, which didn't have many options for westerners, but that's normal I would say as they don't get many westerners.

Xxhs0This self-driving trip passed through Guide and it was really a good choice to stay at Guide Yinlong Hotel. The hotel's front desk and service staff are all very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is right at the door, eating is right next to it, and several attractions are not far away, especially along National Highway 227 to the hotel. The journey is beautiful and worth recommending to friends!

GGuest UserThe super room is very cost-effective. There are two rooms, one big bed, one small bed and two bathrooms. Traveling with children will not interfere with each other. The store also has a welcome fruit plate. Breakfast was average. I wish there were more varieties, such as regular bread and cakes would be best.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, the service was very good, and breakfast was given. The only downside is that the room does not have air conditioning. The weather in August is a bit hot. I opened the windows and doors and it was very cool.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the efficiency is high, the room supplies are complete and intimate, the beds are soft and comfortable, the sleep is sound, the room is spacious and bright, and people are happy. The bedding is comfortable to let people fall asleep in a second, it is great, the most important thing is that each room has windows, which is the first reason I chose this hotel.

The hotel price is moderate, the hotel is very clean, parking is convenient, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is very bright and spacious, and you can see the scenery of the backyard from the room. When I went out, I asked the front desk if there was anything to do around, and the front desk lady carefully guided us to the local special attractions.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Qinghai Lake Heimahe is such a surprise! The sunroom is warm and comfortable. It is very pleasant to drink tea and play mahjong. The children are laughing while swinging on the swings. The room faces the lake, so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise without leaving your room. Perfect service, proactive help with luggage, great location, and careful attention to detail! Highly recommended!
