Over de kamer was er zo goed als niets op te merken. Buiten de vlek op de vloer voor het toilet. We lagen dicht bij het centrum. Dit is een groot pluspunt! We lagen gelijkvloers aan de straat. In het weekend kan je best oordopjes meebrengen als je deze hebt. Dit is natuurlijk wel iets wat het hotel zelf niet echt in handen heeft. Over de extra services waren we dan weer minder de spreken. Er stonden 8 fietsen voor de deur die om de een of andere reden niet gereserveerd konden worden. We zijn dus te voet een halfuur tot 40min. verderop moeten gaan om er te huren. Snappen wie dit snappen kan. Blijkbaar gewoon mooie versiering voor de deur. Bovendien hebben ze een parking achteraan die niet gebruikt mag worden door klanten. Erg veel gemiste inkomsten voor het hotel en gemiste kansen om de gasten te helpen.

We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and our 21 month toddler. Great location with the no. 9 tram outside to take you to the pier, Madurodam, city centre etc so its very convenient. Otherwise around a 20 minute walk to the centre. Lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Our 4 person apartment was comfortable, functional and clean and had everything we needed. The only comments is that the extractors in the bathroom/toilet didnt work and the aircon seems to be connected to the next apartment so we had strong whiffs of cooking on both nights. A toaster would have been useful and they also wanted to charge €9 for a baby high chair.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Very good value. Lovely to have kitchen facilities as well as good coffee on hand at all times. Our room was right on the street, but very quiet. We stayed four nights and would happily return if we revisit The Hague.

Apartment with bedroom and living room with sofa bed and kitchen. Bathroom with separate toilet that facilitates family use. Comfortable bed, pressure in the shower and practical bathroom. Neat decoration and just 10 minutes walk from the city center. Kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Easy parking in the area, at least on the weekend.
