BBeibeitaoThis hotel is very comfortable and stylish. It's within walking distance of the three major museums and MixC (shopping mall), perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was also stable during the May Day holiday, which shows it's a reliable big-brand hotel. Highly recommended! **Facilities:** Complete, spacious rooms. **Hygiene:** No issues. **Environment:** Both the indoor and outdoor environments are great, not noisy. **Service:** The service is good, staff are very proactive.

GGuest UserHands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again.

YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China. The room was clean, well-organized, and new. The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied. The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important. By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff. Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.

GGuest UserI've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

GGuest UserIt's really a three-diamond price with four-diamond quality. I'm really good at choosing. I stayed at the Treasure Hotel. Both the public areas and the guest rooms have a great atmosphere. The hotel is very good at creating light. Every photo you take is a beautiful one. The restaurant has a rich variety of dishes and tastes very good. There are many fruit styles and ice jelly. The exquisite combination of Chinese and Western styles makes the chill feeling full. I highly recommend staying here

GGuest UserCheck in was easy - the front desk staff were delightful, and comped us free breakfast, lots of complimentary snacks and consumables at checkin. rooms were spacious, clean, modern &smart, with air purifier in both our rooms. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, and it was quiet with the windows shut. Room has minisplit built in so heat and ac were easy to set. We were in town for a trade show and - the show had less participants than advertised, so we didnt need to be there multiple days. I changed our checkout date to be 2 days earlier after the first day an the staff promptly processed it and refunded the two days within 10 minutes. they were very gracious and happy to help. Would recommend for their great customer service, and enjoyed our peaceful stay. Would stay here again!

The bed is moderately hard and soft, the bathroom amenities are complete and easy to use, and the water pressure and water temperature are very stable. The front desk service is professional and intimate, the procedures are fast and smooth, the surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient, it is a very comfortable accommodation experience, highly recommended.

[Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

GGuest UserStaying here over the May Day holiday was quite a good deal for the price in Hefei. The room facilities and cleanliness were very good, and breakfast was quite rich. However, there were some issues: 1. The front desk and parking staff had poor service attitudes, which didn't match the hotel's positioning – it was even worse than a regular budget hotel. 2. The breakfast area was incredibly chaotic with no one managing the flow, making the whole experience extremely disorganized.
