"We really enjoyed our stay at The Social Hub Lavagnini. It’s clean, modern, and well-designed with a young, international vibe. We’re in our early 30s and felt like we fit right in. It’s ideal for younger travelers or anyone who prefers something more relaxed and social than a traditional hotel. An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, they handled it quickly and with a great attitude.
The common areas downstairs are a real highlight. There’s lots of space to work, hang out, or meet other travelers. It really does have a community feel, just like the reviews say.
There’s also a rooftop with a pool and bar. It’s nice to have, but to be honest, we didn’t find the bar particularly exciting. More of a perk than a destination.
It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, so you’ll be doing a bit of walking each day. Still, we thought the location was a good balance- close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the thick of the crowds. For the price and the comfort of the hotel, it felt totally worth it.
Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and social place to stay in Florence."

"the hotel is clean, modern and has good location as the tram is right outside.
everything was great except that all my jewellery were stolen while i left my room to roam around the city. all my jewellery was worth at least Eur 3,000. i left them in a box which was placed in my luggage since there was no safe in my room. but when i came back to the room after a whole day out, all the jewellery were gone. the hotel managers were helpful initially, saying they would investigate and compensate me for my loss. but after i gave them all the receipts and credit card transactions of those items which were stolen from me, the managers just ignored my emails despite me trying to ask them for any updates on the progress of my case. at the very least, they could show me the cctv and allowed me to talk to the cleaner/staffs entering my room while i was away but that didn’t happen. i dont even know what is going on now that im already back to my home country, and the hotel did not even bother to update me anything even though they promised to investigate and compensate. hopefully, someone fm the hotel could see this and get back to me please! im honestly traumatised, nvr expected that my stuffs could be stolen right inside my room in a reputable hotel."

"the service was good and the staff was friendly, although I forgot the lady's name assisting us for the checking in. We took the T2 tram from the train station to Guidoni tram stop, and it took us about six/seven minutes to reach the hotel on foot. upon our checking in, we were given a coupon for two wellcome drinks, and it was well received by both me and my wife. Overall we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends."

"Very nice IHG hotel near Florence central station and eith easy access thereby to all transport, including trams. The garage was very handy.
The room was small and clean and amply equipped. There was a balcony with a pleasant view. The room and hotel in general were very quiet, despite high occupancy.
The concierge was very helpful and, with easy walking, taxi or public transport options, we were soon at a wonderful restaurant he had recommended.
Overall, a very good stay."

"This hotel we booked on short notice was such a pleasant surprise. The whole hotel is like a big manor, it feels like traveling back in time and living in a palace. We initially booked a suite with a garden, but because the duplex was inconvenient, we later changed to a villa suite. We had to book a villa suite, it was so beautiful and different. Although the room change cost an extra 100 euros, it was worth it!"

"Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices."

XXDLiuFacilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good.

Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

KKalim’s worldThis is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

The location is very good, within 10 minutes walk from the train station. It takes no more than 5 minutes from the hotel to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is very convenient for eating.
The hotel rooms are quite spacious, which is rare in Italy, especially in Florence, where there is usually no room for luggage.
The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and are very considerate in dealing with everything from restaurant recommendations to various other issues.
The hotel breakfast is a little monotonous, but the chocolate croissant is really delicious.

I stayed for three days, there were not many breakfast options, but everything was available, and you could also order coffee and fried eggs. I would choose this hotel again next time. PS, it is a little far from the scenic spot, but City Walk is no problem at all.

Location was great — about a 20-minute walk to the city center, with lots of cafés and restaurants along the way. There’s also a supermarket just a minute walk away, which was super convenient. Only downside was the long queue during check-in, but overall a great stay. Highly recommend

坊坊やfirstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room.
So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t.
She also said, next day has a vacant so I can change the room, but finally I couldn't because of the staffs miss communication.
Also I asked laundly service but when I came back to the hotel, it is not completed because the staff forgot Sunday is out of service.
in the first place, the laundry service cost is too expensive so I dont recommend.

MMirrelIt’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.

But there are many restaurants nearby, and there are many choices. The hotel service attitude is good but just... slow. The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom. The bedding and bath products are very comfortable, and the most important thing is that they are new! Everything is very new, so it is very comfortable to live in. Although it is a renovated 200-year-old house, it is very bright and the windows are equipped with two layers of double-layer soundproof glass. It is quiet... isolated from the world. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but it costs 35 euros to buy it separately, which is a bit cost-effective.
