Amazing hotel, staff so kind and helpful and ideal location, you can go to most places on foot. Breakfast was fab

The hotel surrounding got a number of restaurants and a shopping alley leading you to Daereungwon. The room is spacious with necessary cleaning amenities and free wifi. You can collect the bottle of water if you needed at the lobby for free. 2nd floor is the restaurant for breakfast.

I cannot recommended this hotel enough! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very new and modern with a lovely interior all very clean! The rooms were good size and had all the amenities you would need at a hotel.

I loved my stay, everyone was super friendly and the room was amazing with a big bathtub. The location was also excellent and I liked how you can rent bikes.

The room was really spacious with the biggest bathroom I have encountered so far. Amazing staff. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. The buffet breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed the instant Ramen cooking machine and the free snacks they offered including the water bottles. Will definitely look to booking with them again when I return to Gyeongju.

Good: Big room, big toilet with bathtub. Heated flooring. 10min walk to the cafe street/express bus & intercity bus terminal. 5min walk to the fashion street shopping area. Big room, pillows were not too soft. Staff were helpful: didnt have a korean number & we wanted to order bhc chicken & they helped us to order. Quiet environment. Not so good: Not enough hangers, only 2 were provided. Not enough towel racks. Only small towels provided. No AC in winter. Have to open windows to cool the room which can get warm at night because the drawn curtains (for privacy) will block the cool from coming into the room. Overall it's a no frills hotel, would recommend it! (Sorry for the blur pictures, they are screenshot from my video)

We had a great time here at Hotel Palace. The hotel itself is close to all attractions (walking distance) and also easy to reach by bus. Other than expected, we could check in earlier than 5pm (which I found pretty late) without charging anything! Also, all facilities were super clean and the room itself quite big. As others already mentioned, everyone can use the cafeteria to make ramen, coffee and get water FOR FREE - liked this a lot. Breakfast was simple but good (toast, jam, peanut butter, Joghurt, fruit) and I think if you come prior to guests taking everything for themselves- there will be enough from everything also for you. I fully recommend this place- only thing which would be great were big towels for showers.

The hotel is clean and quiet, so I really like it. The breakfast is delicious. The location is also really good.

I was originally planning to stay at another hotel, but was referred to this hotel due to a double booking issue with TripAdvisor. They also accept early morning taxi reservations, but you must make the reservation by midnight the day before. This is because the reception is unmanned from midnight to 6am. There were several emergency contact numbers for the night, but none of them worked. Luckily, there was a bus stop nearby, so I was able to get on the KTX safely. There are many taxis near the tourist spots, but if you go a little further, it's hard to catch one even if you have a Kakao T. If you don't have a car, I recommend staying near the tourist spots (within 1km). Restaurants in the area close after 8pm, but if you walk a little, you'll find some yakiniku restaurants and izakayas that are open until around 11pm.

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean and they provided breakfast so it was comfortable. The interior was cute. I appreciated that I could eat ramen in the cafeteria any time. Ramen is made by machine. I was flustered because I didn't know how to use it, but the staff explained it to me. You get a few bottles of water for free each day, and there were about three bottles in the fridge. Check-in and check-out are done by machine, but it was easy because you can select Japanese.
