Hotel Palace Gyeongju Reviews

The hotel surrounding got a number of restaurants and a shopping alley leading you to Daereungwon. The room is spacious with necessary cleaning amenities and free wifi. You can collect the bottle of water if you needed at the lobby for free. 2nd floor is the restaurant for breakfast.

I cannot recommended this hotel enough! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very new and modern with a lovely interior all very clean! The rooms were good size and had all the amenities you would need at a hotel.

I loved my stay, everyone was super friendly and the room was amazing with a big bathtub. The location was also excellent and I liked how you can rent bikes.

The room was really spacious with the biggest bathroom I have encountered so far. Amazing staff. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. The buffet breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed the instant Ramen cooking machine and the free snacks they offered including the water bottles. Will definitely look to booking with them again when I return to Gyeongju.

Good: Big room, big toilet with bathtub. Heated flooring. 10min walk to the cafe street/express bus & intercity bus terminal. 5min walk to the fashion street shopping area. Big room, pillows were not too soft. Staff were helpful: didnt have a korean number & we wanted to order bhc chicken & they helped us to order. Quiet environment. Not so good: Not enough hangers, only 2 were provided. Not enough towel racks. Only small towels provided. No AC in winter. Have to open windows to cool the room which can get warm at night because the drawn curtains (for privacy) will block the cool from coming into the room. Overall it's a no frills hotel, would recommend it! (Sorry for the blur pictures, they are screenshot from my video)

We had a great time here at Hotel Palace. The hotel itself is close to all attractions (walking distance) and also easy to reach by bus. Other than expected, we could check in earlier than 5pm (which I found pretty late) without charging anything! Also, all facilities were super clean and the room itself quite big. As others already mentioned, everyone can use the cafeteria to make ramen, coffee and get water FOR FREE - liked this a lot. Breakfast was simple but good (toast, jam, peanut butter, Joghurt, fruit) and I think if you come prior to guests taking everything for themselves- there will be enough from everything also for you. I fully recommend this place- only thing which would be great were big towels for showers.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and great^^ I couldn't get a discount because the coupon didn't work, but they provided a variety of breakfasts and I could eat basic bowl noodles, Hangang Ramen, and Haetban for dinner, so it was great A little disappointing was that there weren't enough towels in the basic setㅜㅜ I ran out when I washed up in the morningㅠ There were 3 people... I think they prepared it for 2 people, but they forgot to provide it when I paid the extra fee But the bed was comfortable, the TV was big, and it was good because it had Netflix^^ And the styler was really good. Thanks to it, my padding became full. Good job ㅎㅎㅎ

New and very clean hotel, reasonable breakfast for a Korean hotel that usually doesn't have breakfast. Overall I found it expensive, the cost-benefit is not worth it, but the hotel itself is not bad.

It was a really clean and well-located accommodation. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beginning of Hwangridan-gil, and the bus stop was nearby, so it was very convenient. You could boil ramen for free at the cafeteria on the second floor, and you could freely take the amenities on the first floor, so it was convenient. When staying at a famous place, I didn't have high expectations for the accommodation, but this place was really nice. The bathroom was clean, and there were indoor slippers. The robes were new and very nice. I recommend it.

It was a walk-in type, but they said there were no two singles, so I was a bit disappointed. However, I am satisfied with the breakfast, room condition, and distance, so I would like to visit again.

It was conveniently located in the center of Gyeongju, so it was easy to get to tourist attractions. The hotel was also good value for money. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and they prepared a simple breakfast, so I was able to save money. You can also wash and dry your laundry. I wouldn't recommend it to people who value the view, but I highly recommend it to people who value practicality.
