Yeosu Calacatta Hotel & Resort Reviews

I suddenly had some time on a weekday, so I went there with my parents! The beautiful scenery and swimming pool, the Southeast Asian atmosphere, the cleanly managed rooms, the two beds, and the fact that I could check in and out without having to go to the lobby were all very satisfying. I want to go there again next time~

The front desk said they would give me wine glasses, so I asked them not to buy them and to bring them to me. The male staff member was annoyed and said he would bring them to me, so I waited in my room. He gave me a wine glass with stains from some storage room, and told me to wash it myself. What hotel gives you a dirty wine glass and tells you to wash it yourself? Are there any dishwashing utensils in the room? Are you telling me to wash that dirty thing with water? I washed it thoroughly with water, but it didn't work, so I just drank it from a paper cup. I won't go there again. And the La Terrasse pool was dirty and had a lot of foreign substances floating in the water, so I guess they don't maintain it. Please pay attention to the management of the staff.

It was definitely good value for money. Most of them were friendly, but there were some who weren't. There's construction going on here and there... It doesn't feel like it's ready for business yet. The view was really nice too. There are a lot of areas for improvement. If it is improved, I think it will be a pretty good hotel. Although it falls far short of becoming a brand resort, by current standards it covers all the cost-effectiveness.

As it is a new building that opened last year, the room condition is neat and clean. The view from the second floor of Building A is disappointing. Since it has up to the 4th floor, the view seems to be improved on the highest floor possible. Parking lot seems to be insufficient compared to the rooms. Due to the building under construction, many workers are visible, and the swimming pool is closed as of March. We operate a non-face-to-face check-in and check-out system, and the front desk is open until 10 o'clock.

The inside of the hotel is clean and nice. However, the parking lot is small and the exterior facilities are not yet organized. It will be more organized and better next time.

The hotel was also very pretty, clean, and nice. The kids especially loved it. The sea view was so pretty that I think it would be nice to come in the summer. The kids asked to come again~^^ It was so good.

It was new so the facilities were good. But there is not enough parking space. It was a bit disappointing that all the amenities were located on the La Terrace side. Perhaps because it was winter and there was construction going on, the Calacata side felt a bit cluttered compared to the view I expected.

The outside scenery was so pretty and the large glass window was nice to see^^ It was close to Mankai and the facilities and cleanliness were very good. I want to use it again next time

There was no view because it was under construction, and it was a hotel with no landscaping. It was just okay because it was cheap.

You can feel the atmosphere of a foreign country, such as the Bali-like scenery of the resort, the Winter Village like a European street, and a Japanese-style izakaya!! The full ocean view room has two large beds that can accommodate 4-5 people, so it would be perfect for families or group trips 🩷

The housekeeping staff are foreigners, so they don't seem to communicate well. I checked in, but was assigned a room that had not yet been fully prepared. It was absurd. If you stay for two nights and go out on the morning of the second day, make-up time is provided at the front desk. I asked him to do it now and went out, but he came in the afternoon. It's clean since it just opened, but the cleaning isn't thorough. It wasn't. The swimming pool was not open. There is construction next to the hotel, so you can hear noise from 7am. I wake up haha The room was relatively spacious and had a good view. That's too bad!

It was clean and really spacious! The view was great too! However, it was fall and it was too cold for the water to be lukewarm. But all the facilities were clean and really pretty.

The interior facilities were very clean, so it was nice to take my parents there. The soundproofing was good and the shower room was spacious.
