The receptionist was very nice. The room was rather old than I expected. Wifi and TV receive was bad. The hotel forgot to wake me up on the first and last day. Restaurant was fair but not impressive.

We ate at the restaurant which was very tasty. We were told they only accepted cash so we paid there and then, but when we checked out they asked us about the meal fee so maybe we could have charged it to our room.

This was nice experience staying at Lemon tree, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. I just shifted to Gurgaon and was staying in this hotel for few days. All the staffs were very cordial and friendly and made me feel better when o was lonely. Special mention to restaurant staffs, Anshul, Akhil and Rakesh who took care personally for my food choices and serving them with great love. I recommend to all who want a long stay to consider this property.

Last week I stayed in Lemon Tree, Udyog Vihar. Restaurant Manager Pawan made sure that my stay was comfortable. Ravinder from Housekeeping was very helpful. Mithlesh maintains garden area in impeccable way. Idli in breakfast had authentic taste. Do try hot Veg Pakoras in the restaurant with masala tea.

Anshul, Akhil and Rakesh were there in the restaurant. They has been fabulous in their services. 10/10 in terms of rating. I would say they had been the kind of staff every traveller wants to have. Kudos to them.
