The Place Gurugram – A Member of Radisson Individu

The hotel is located in sector 29, around 15 km from the IGI Airport and around 3 from the Delhi metro HUDA City centre or IFFCO Chowk stations. The location is quite good in terms of connectivity and safety. The hotel's reception, lounge, rooms, restaurant and washrooms are very clean. The staff are welcoming, professional, friendly and do everything to make you feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and functional but feel a bit cramped for two persons. It would have been better if the washrooms were slightly larger too. The food is good, especially the breakfast buffet with live kitchen but the spread is limited for lunch & dinner and the taste is average. The hotel stands in a row with other hotels and has a common unsheltered parking. There is no valet parking facility. Overall it is a hotel for a short pleasant stay on a business visit or a short person visit on a tight budget.

Fantastic Stay at The Place Hotel, Gurgaon" I had an amazing 15-day stay at The Place Hotel in Gurgaon. The facilities were excellent, and the entire experience was made even better by the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff. A special mention goes to Vandana in the restaurant, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience every day. Her friendly demeanor and personalized service truly made a difference during our stay.The hotel itself is well-maintained, with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

We had a great stay at The Place. The hospitality of the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. They ensured all our needs were met, went above and beyond to ensure our utmost comforr during our stay, and the experience itself was top notch. The food in particular is well curated, prepared with high quality and attention to detail, and Vandana ma'am does a good job of ensuring all the guests have hearty breakfasts with no food needs unmet! National sir as the manager at the front desk was extremely proactive in making our stay very comfortable, including securing an alternate room for my parents at short notice, checking in about the various aspects of our stay, and also suggesting good places to explore in the area. Overall we felt like we were staying at a welcoming and familiar place rather than yet another hotel. With its proximity to relevant markets and places of interest here, and its excellent hospitality and quality of service, The Place will be our first choice in future stays to gurgaon.
