We loved our stay to the fullest. The warmth, the hospitality, the cordial attitude of all staffs made the stay completely worth it. We had great interactions with Mr. Debmalya, Ashok ji, Lakshay, Sunny, Karan, Shyam, Tabrez, Rajat, Manoj, Yuvraj, Mohit, Kishan , Alok, Ankit, Chef Girish ji, Miss Karishma, Seshadri, Nandita, Shreya, Vishakha, Priyanka.. The folk musicians Mr. Khame Khan and his partner also did a wonderful job and entertained us to great extent. There are many more staffs whose names we don't know or don't remember, but contributed to our happiness. We again express our heartfelt gratitude for the warmth, love and cordial attitude of everyone involved in the process since our booking to our check-out. We wish everyone all the very best and wish your hotel to shine and prosper. Hope to visit you again. Thanks and regards.

it was a good stay, staff was very polite and we were well looked after
the restaurant staff was excellent. food was good and we enjoyed having it.
the cutlery in the room needs a bit of rearrangement - kettle is in the drawer below the table , need to bend everytime we made tea , coffee. Some extra plates should be provided to keep used tea bags as there was a very small mini plate kept which had to cleared after every cup of tea made.

The stay started with a warm welcome and everything was going good till there was a medical emergency. The manager handled it really well, arranged a car for hospital ***** with two guys who also helped us really well, and we came back to the resort. Due to the medical issue, we were unable to go to the dining area and the manager had assured that we can order the food in our room itself. The menace was the in-dining people (mainly the lady on the call). For every little request (like ordering food in room, sanitary pads or cleaning kid’s milk bottles) we had to remind her at least 3-4 times. Every time she would say, “certainly sir”, and we would wait for another 30 minutes to call her again for an update. All this happened when almost every staff knew about the medical issue we had faced. We had to physically call any random hotel guy passing by our room for help and they did help us well. The service experience on the call was really bad adding to the problem we were already facing due to our medical emergency. This is not a typical Taj experience for which you pay so much. Overall I would rate 4 out of 10. But I am never returning to Taj Damdama.

Hospitality was not of the Taj standard - faced multiple issues such as room cleanliness, reservation issues, no special arrangement for a special occasion, etc. in room dining took 1 hour and multiple follow ups were required So not value for money

The overall experience was amazing, including rooms, food, activities which was made even special by the staffs namely, Karishma, Chef Girish, Ashok, Sunny, Nandita and Shyam. Would overall recommend you to go and have the best time of your life there.
