There was no Heating in the room .the rooms were freezing .Had asked for twin beds got a double bed with a single comforter .this was a business visit .how can taj not consider that we would need twin Beds No hot water in the shower ,no Toothpaste .given A toothbrush but no paste !!!! This was definitely not a Taj run property .Taj should disassociate itself immediately ! Its diluting their brand

Excellent service, talks and excellent food. Our time spent here was thoroughly enjoyable because of excellent service by Reshmita, Manav, Yuvraj, Girish and Ganesh. Will repeat mainly because of Reshmita very good gestures as a server .

Best experience! Mr Anil, Mr Manoj, Mr Girish, Mr Ganesh and Mr Tarun at restaurant Shamiana were great and prompt with the service! Food was freshly prepared and all the dishes were delicious! Place is beautiful for a family getaway with great services!

I had visited Shamiana Restaurant at The Taj Damama Resort and Spa at Shona with my family for dinner. Must say Amazing service by Mr. Anil, Mr. Manoj , Mr. Girish , Mr. Ganesh and Mr Tarun. And amazing food served. I would recommend visiting Shamiana. 10/10 !
