This is a hotel I highly recommend. Before I even arrived, I heard the front desk lady call to ask about my arrival time and if I had any special room requirements. She arranged a non-smoking room for me, which was really warm and welcoming. She also asked if I was driving and carefully told me the parking lot location. After arriving at the hotel, she helped with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was done quickly. After entering the room, I felt that the room was also very clean and hygienic. It was really nice. The breakfast time in the morning is longer than other hotels, from 7 am to 11 am, which is really friendly to people like me who like to sleep in. The breakfast is also very good and delicious. 😋

They had already left, but they called me to ask about my stay. I can't bear it anymore, so I'll tell you: 1. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 am and asked the front desk staff to hurry up. They said they would redeem our breakfast coupons, but they fiddled with our phones for nearly 10 minutes each, and I didn't know what they were doing. Finally, they ran to the machine to check us in. 2. We asked to stay next door, but the staff assigned us rooms 511 and 512, which were at the two ends of the hallway. 3. After I finished washing my clothes, I found there weren't any hangers. I called the staff to have them delivered, and I waited ten minutes with my clothes. This is the first time I've encountered no hangers in so many hotels. 4. The most annoying thing was the charging station. There was one at the hotel entrance, but after I charged, the staff told me it wasn't designated by the hotel and told me to park on the basement floor. When I got there, I found the charging station was slow and more expensive than the one upstairs. Even worse, there were three remaining charging ports, and two showed offline. I moved my car to charge, but found it took a five-minute walk to get from the charging station to the hotel entrance. Check-in took nearly 45 minutes. It was really speechless!

Frankly, it wasn't great. I was eligible for a free upgrade when I checked in, but the hotel completely ignored it and refused to upgrade me. I decided to stay, but the bathroom stank, completely ruining my trip and significantly reducing my appreciation for hotel cleanliness. The hotel's initial response was to spray air freshener, a poor emergency response for a national chain. After I declined, they offered me a room of the same category. It was late, and I didn't want to argue, but I was given a second-floor room facing the street, with late-night food stalls downstairs. I have to mention that I was supposed to get a free upgrade, and even after some negotiation, I was finally given the upgrade. But for a chain like me, it was a really bad experience.

I stayed here again when passing through Guiyang. The hotel is clean, located in a busy city, and convenient for eating. The hotel service is enthusiastic and I like the intelligent robot service. It feels good and I recommend staying here!

The parking lot of this hotel was particularly difficult to find. It was very troublesome. It was already 1 a.m. when I got there, and I spent a lot of time looking for a parking space. 環境好，設施好，服務也好。前台有橘子隨便吃，入住兩天，每天都有歡迎水果，真是特別棒。早餐豐富，兼顧了南北方的大眾口味。酒店有健身房，孩子每天的運動打卡都在這裏完成。有機會還會再來！

第一次來貴陽，這家桔子酒店停車方便，地下有停車場，房間空調不製冷，跟酒店反應了以後派了師傅來看説今天修理師傅下班了，又給我們在房間對面開了一個房間，説讓我們不用收拾東西換房間了，可以説問題處理還是很滿意的。酒店後邊小區裏很多吃飯的地方，從地下B4層停車場穿過去很近，不然的話要繞路走很遠，酒店大堂橙汁一如既往地好喝

桔子很乾凈，也很有格調，晚上一點也不吵，特別喜歡，下次還會來
