The service was as you'd expect from a long-established Japanese establishment, and as soon as I arrived by car I was shown to the Zen parking space, which made for a pleasant start. The lounge menu was extensive, and there are not many lounges where you can drink alcohol throughout your stay, so alcohol lovers will be pleased. With a Gold's Gym, pool, Japanese garden, and more, it's truly a hotel within a hotel, so you'll never get bored. The cheerful greetings from the staff are also very pleasant, and I have stayed here many times. The Satsuki breakfast also has a wide variety of menu items, and I often find myself overeating. This is a wonderful hotel that makes you want to return again and again. I look forward to staying here again.

The room was very good, the mattress was very comfortable, and the service was very good. The food in the executive lounge was better than any other hotel I have stayed in. However, although the breakfast was rich in variety, the quality was not outstanding.

The staff's service was excellent and I was able to spend a comfortable time. When I asked about shipping my luggage when I checked out, they handled it very politely. The sauna had a well-equipped rest area, so I was able to relax.

The breakfast was very rich. I checked in on the 11th floor and the staff were very polite. The hotel occupies a large area, with three buildings connected together. It is very convenient to find food on Akasaka Street after leaving. The only drawback is that the bottled water in the room is a bit small. But you can add it for free.

Everyone from the people in charge of the check-in lounge to the room attendants were very kind. Also, thank you for your consideration as it was my birthday. thank you very much.

From check-in to check-out, I was able to spend comfortably. I was given a nice surprise on the way home from the information I shared in a small conversation with the staff. If I had to say it, I would appreciate it if the lounge was open a little later than usual lol It was a lovely stay.
