All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. As it was a holiday, they even gave us a small gift, which instantly lifted our spirits upon checking in. The rooms were new and very clean. Qingyun Market is right next door, which is super convenient. Jiaxiu Tower isn't too far either; we took a leisurely 20-30 minute walk there after dinner, which was a perfect way to stretch our legs and digest our meal.

The location is fantastic, right next to Qingyun Market. It's super convenient to be able to just pop back to the hotel for a rest if you get tired from exploring, then head out again. Xana Hotels are a reliable chain, and this branch was as clean and hygienic as always. The facilities are well-equipped, and the service is excellent too. Guiyang is so pleasantly cool! I'll probably be back this month and will definitely stay here again. It's very convenient for transport, and wonderfully quiet at night.

The location is excellent, right next to Qingyun Night Market. We booked two double rooms and were kindly upgraded. The staff were very friendly. Just a heads-up: try to avoid checking in during evening rush hour. The area gets extremely congested with too many people, making traffic almost impossible. Overall, the rooms were very clean and the service was excellent.

Even the motion-sensor lights in the hallway were a thoughtful touch, ensuring you wouldn't be startled by bright light if you got up during the night. It's the attention to detail that truly shows the quality; my stay was absolutely delightful!

I recently stayed at your hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and had excellent soundproofing, allowing me to sleep soundly until I naturally woke up. There's a coffee shop right in the hotel lobby. The front desk staff were exceptionally good; from check-in to check-out, they were consistently warm, attentive, meticulous, and professional. They always greeted us with a kind smile, which made us, as out-of-town visitors, feel particularly welcomed and at ease. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center with a great environment. It's a unique standalone building and offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area is full of amazing food options, most of which are within walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guiyang.

The hygiene was excellent; everything felt spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. It definitely offers great value for money. The service was superb – very warm and attentive. Location-wise, it's conveniently situated about a 10-minute walk from the subway station and very close to the Youzhajie morning market. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside the entrance, making transportation quite easy. As for facilities, they include laundry machines for washing and drying clothes, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

Good service from the hotel reception. Allowed us to check in early at 11am after she checked the availability of room we booked. Also very helpful when we asked help to make call to guiyang city tourism to lodge complain about one of our tour agent who cheated us. The family suite is spacious, clean with good facilities. The hotel generally is very new looking and staffs can speak english which is good for foreign tourists. Location wise is also good which is nearby to the qingyun market and lot of food options and market to walk around. Generally highly recommended to stay at this hotel with affordable price

The room was very small, the ceiling was so low that I couldn't stand up straight in the shower. There was no elevator in the parking lot, so I had to climb 4 floors with my suitcase. Pros: The service was okay, and it was very close to Qingyun Market.

The location is convenient. There is a vegetable market behind it and Qingyun Market on the left. You can walk to Jiaxiu Tower. The breakfast is good and the transportation is convenient. The front desk service is very good and provides check-in instructions.
