Hotel location is very good, just next to Longjing Village, 1 km from Qingyan Ancient Town. I still want to walk or take a taxi. In fact, it is just right. It is more convenient to walk. Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

As expected of a big chain brand, they contacted me in advance, asked about my room requirements and preferences, and specially arranged a butler service. The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the service staff are very polite. They will take the initiative to greet guests when they see them. I stayed in a deluxe poolside room, which is very large and has a very reasonable structure and layout. The cloakroom is also very spacious, which is convenient for guests to hang clothes, shoes and hats. There are two washbasins, so you don’t have to wait for each other in the morning, and you don’t waste time. The balcony has a wide view and a good view. I would like to especially thank the butler Apple for her enthusiastic introduction and arrangements before check-in, which is very considerate. All kinds of requirements and problems during the check-in process can be perfectly arranged and solved as long as they are raised. It made me feel comfortable and happy throughout the entire stay. Next time I go to Guiyang, I will still choose Anantara.

It was my first time to travel to Guiyang. I chose the Hampton by Hilton Yunyan. The environment was very good. The front desk lady Feifei was very enthusiastic when checking in. Because our schedule for the next day was very full and we didn't have time to go downstairs for dinner, she took the initiative to provide us with take-away meal packs. It was very considerate ❤️ and made me feel at home.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.
