Staff were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed here for 5 days during canton fair. They have bus service to and from canton fair. This area is very walkable and has a lot of food and shopping options around the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated that they allowed me to check in earlier than 2 p.m.at no extra cost. However, the location wasn’t ideal, with no indoor heating. At night the room was particularly cold. The walls seemed very thin and neighboring guests were noisy which would wake me in the morning. For the price it was pretty decent but I wouldn’t choose this specific branch in the future.
