The InterContinental Guangzhou was amazing as always – impeccable service, stunning river views, and luxurious rooms that made the stay unforgettable. From the seamless check-in to the delicious breakfast spread and relaxing Club Lounge, everything was top-notch. It’s consistently one of my favorite hotels to return to. Five stars without hesitation.

I had a fantastic experience at the Intercontinental Guangzhou. From the moment I arrived, the team at the front desk made me feel right at home. I would especially like to thank Joy, Alin, and Linda for their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail. Their warm welcome and professionalism truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The room was impeccable, the service flawless, and every interaction with the staff reflected the hotel’s high standards. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guangzhou. Thank you again for making my stay so enjoyable!

A very nice business oriented hotel. There are some restaurants around the area but if you’re western like I am, it’s a bit difficult to navigate as they are only in Mandarin.

The stay was excellent we have enjoyed the hotel services and facilities  However, the AC in the room was not cooling properly

Family room is nice - our 2 girls play the slides at least 100 times! Breakfast is pretty good. Can improve things like have fresh pancakes etc. The fresh orange juice machine is epic! The kids room only has a ball pit - can be improved for sure. Overall a decent experience!

Extraordinary hotel. Great value for money. Perhaps somewhat out of the way if the center of Guangzhou is considered the area around Canton Tower. However, there is a subway stop nearby (line 8).
