The name of hotel pushed me to book the room. Very rude front office staff, no drinking water is available, no cleaning happened during my 2 night stay at this hotel. The worth of the room is not even RMB 100, but I paid RMB 310 per night. VERY SPECIAL TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO LIFT. Trip should not recommend such kinds of hotels

I stayed at the Guangzhou Business Hotel and found it to be conveniently located with all the basic amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was acceptable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the room had a lingering smoke smell and the cleanliness was only average. Despite that, the service made a positive difference overall.

Room was alright but the toilet and the shower were unusably dirty. The Wifi also didn’t work and there was no network connection in the room.

Heavy smell of mould. Mattress non existence and had asked to be moved. Room doesn’t have soundproof . I would not recommend staying. Location is good close to metro and eateries

There was mold on the ceiling in the room. There was only one shared toilet and shower on the floor. They were combined, and the door wouldn’t close because the lock was broken. The room was very damp, and it was even hard to breathe. The air conditioner didn’t help with this problem. There were no windows in the room. Maybe I didn’t consider this when booking. It seems that my room used to be a shower or toilet, judging by the remnants of a cut drain pipe in the floor.

It basically met my accommodation needs, with plenty of hot water, air conditioning, and a secure door lock. I think the mosquitoes were okay, just apply some mosquito repellent, but returning to the room at night to see two cockroaches crawling around was a bit unbearable.
