The hotel was better than I expected. Everything in the room was clean and well presented except for the bedsheets and duvet that had some creases when we first entered. The only weird part was that we found the glass partition between the toilet and bedroom was translucent towards the top parts even though we booked to stay for a business trip. This meant that anyone outside the toilet would be able to see the head and shoulders of anyone inside which was rather awkward. Otherwise, the food was decent and the service staff were helpful with our requests for water, directions, housekeeping etc.

The stay experience was great, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy, the staff had a great attitude, a strong sense of service and professional service capabilities. It is worth recommending to friends in need!

We booked a deluxe twin room. When we checked in at the front desk, seeing that we had children with us, they took the initiative to upgrade us to a parent-child room. The bed was huge, the room was very cozy, and the bathroom also had music.

Terrible choice! I booked a 4.8-point hotel on Ctrip, but the tap water was yellow, an old man was trapped in the elevator, no one answered the help button, the two rooms were not together, and the room signs confused me. Bad review!!!
