Due to some unexpected changes in my itinerary in Guangzhou, China at the end of year 2024, after all my greatest efforts in searching hotels, I ended up coming to this hotel in Pazhou, right near Wanshengwei metro station. I would like to say that I was quite satisfied with overall conditions, especially a great access to cheap and high quality local food&beverage nearby and other infrastructures such as public transport, shopping mall and other facilities made my stay a lot efficient and convenient. And yet, the only thing I want this apartment to improve is hygiene in the room since there were some hygienic issues even though the overall condition was fairly bearable for me. To end my review, I enjoyed my stay here pretty much and look forward to seeing an improvement in hygiene next time :)

Actually, it is not a hotel, so the facilities are different or you can say it's poor. Bath room is very small.

The size of the bathroom is directly related to the size of the room you book. There are different room types with larger bathrooms to meet the needs of different customers. The location was great for those who wants to access to exhibition but the hotel in total was in average and not actually is a hotel, just an apartment which rents the rooms.

Good location of the hotel, shopping center downstairs. This hotel is convenient for a small budget trip. The advantages of the hotel are a spacious room and good internet. The disadvantages of the hotel are not a very clean bathroom and small cockroaches.

#1 : The receptionist service is excellent. His kindness is the standout point during my stay there. He helped & guided me a lot. #2 : The location also excellent, which located just 1 station away from Canton Fair metro station. Get off the train & you arrived at a big & modern mall called Poly Plaza. They had supermarket as well here. From the mall just 3 mins walk to get to the apartment unit. #3 : But the room is quite old, the floor a bit dusty, that’s why the cleanliness is not so clean. but still acceptable considering the price you pay. If location & service are the most important things for you, than this place is the best choice! Especially for business travelers we can’t be too picky about comfort & cleanliness right? Value is number 1.

Great location where you can find everything you need besides it is just few minutes walking distance to metro station. Not much to talk about the room but fast check in and check out is a plus

Bad Check-In experience as Non-Chinese travelers. Took us half an hour to find the reception... No instructions beforehand. We would have expected much more, in light of the Canton Fair, when a lot of internationals visit Guangzhou. Dirty room. Worst mattresses we've ever slept on... It felt like sleeping on wood. The "so-called" TV was actually a projected screen where you could pay with AliPay to enjoy TV services :)
