I think the location isn't bad as you're near restaurants and a beautiful scenery behind the hotel.. Many guests struggled to find the main reception. And it wasn't exactly clean as I found condom wrappers laying on the floor. For more than 400 yuan a night I think you'd expect much more quality especially in China mainland.

The hotel's cleanliness is terrible, with a bad odor, and I saw two cockroaches in the room near the bed.

Very bad client servicing. It was 34 degrees when I traveled to GZ with my family including 90+ elderly. The air-conditioning is not working and the staff kept me waiting for 4 hours in the room and could not get a solution. It was super hot in the room and they only gave me a fan for the whole day and night. They didn't even apologize for this kind of situation and were very disappointed with this kind of attitude. They never do regular maintenance checks and let the customer stay in a room without AC during a hot summer. Never stay here ever again.

The room was fantastic view, reasonable price, but the cleanliness you have to be aware of , some of the room has a lot of insects and cockcroach. Service was ok even they barly speak english, 20 mins walk to beijinglu there are many restaurant and street food near by , very convenient

we rent that hotel for our wedding. the room that they gave us is little old. you can see it on the flooring and cabinets. there is a weird smell coming from the bath room. and bathroom door is not secured. it is sliding and you cannot lock it. there is no privacy when using it. i booked for lake view room. but they gave us a non lake view room. they dont want to transfer us. we are asking for one blanket but they want to charge us 30rmb per day. We told the hotel staff not to open and enter our room when we are nor there. but the cleaners keep on entering our room without our permission. Our luggage are open and we are not comfortable having people entering our room without our permission.
