I wish I had known that room service would be closed before booking this hotel because I would have booked somewhere else considering how out of the way and difficult it was to find decent Western food in this area. I was feeling a little off my first day here due to having gotten a Pfizer Vaccination in Bangkok the day before, and I didn't want to leave my hotel room however when I tried to call room service no one answered, when I called the front desk they told me there would be no room service until Monday. Otherwise, the hotel was great, I think they might have given me an upgrade because my room had a surprise balcony (which I definitely made use of). The pool and gym were decent and the staff at the pool were excellent and even loaned me a swim cap because I hadn't brought my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, as can be expected at a Holiday Inn, and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering several foreign breakfast options.

That was awesome hotel, I really liked their service and hospitality. All staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects. They make you feel like your home, and I would like to appreciate that. I highly recommend this hotel for any guest passing through Guangzhou, and I wish I had some more days to stay. Pick up from/to airport was on time, with professional drivers assigned!

This time I stayed in this hotel, the service and facilities were very good. The Chinese and Western refreshments in this hotel were very delicious. The room was very large and clean. I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Thank you for the hotel service.

The hotel is about 25 minutes away from Baiyun Airport, making it an ideal resting hotel for transit. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. There are residential areas around the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and buying daily necessities. I would like to especially thank Vivian and Christine from the front desk for their enthusiastic service and detailed introduction. Since I am not familiar with Guangzhou and the airport area during my business trip, their detailed introduction helped me understand how to arrange and plan the next trip. I would also like to thank James for his help when I checked out. He not only helped me contact the car but also helped me carry a lot of my luggage. I am very grateful to these three colleagues from the hotel.

The front desk service was very good. The hotel was very nice. I especially like Vivian and Cary, who were very warm and considerate. I will come again next time.

This is an older hotel. The toilet in the room smells like sewer. It's the 21st century. They don't allow takeout upstairs or put it at the front desk. They can only put it at the door. It's so cold. The front desk refuses to deliver it. There is no robot to deliver the food. The decoration is like this. If you don't know the service, you would think it's a small hotel from the 2000s. It's just a show. Those who are on business trips know how speechless it is to come back late at night and not have a hot meal. For this location and this service, it costs more than 400 a night. Stay away.

Very close to the airport, the service is also in line with the old holiday standard, better than the new holiday. Overall a very good feeling
