Very good location. Many eateries, restaurants, and many shopping. Convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended.

The owner was helpful for extension and early check-in requests. The location was perfect for leisure holiday, but the cleanliness and amenities are not ideal due to the age of the property. For the sake of the owner, hope all the repairs and renovation work on the building can be completed ASAP.

Looks like Airbnb type. The rooms are clean and housekeeping done everyday. Has a washing machine and induction cooker too.

Great hospitality who reached out early to arrange another room (photo1)for us to rest as we reach around 5am+. The staff is kind enough to move our luggage to the booked room after it is ready while we shop outside after a good rest. There were some incidents (drain brokerage + shower head leaking) and the staff resolved the issue right away. They also offered free laundry service and assist with the drying service. We are very pleased with the service provided. The hotel is located strategically around the famous Beijing road and easily accessible to the tianhemen shopping mall. It was overall a great stay aside some incidents mentioned above and small cockroach spotted at the living area.

The location is excellent, just next to train station, walking distance to many eateries and wholesale and shopping area in Beijing Rd. Customer service is good , they WeChat you for any help needed and attended almost immediately. The room has cigarette smell, the stench is so strong when we first enter the room and kinda of got used to it by the 2nd day. aircon is not working well, got them to fix it by 2nd day. the toilet and service area ( balcony area) is old and dirty and unwelcoming. i cannot relax using the tiolet, i want to rush out as soon as possible. the water will splash everywhere when you shower cause there is no door to the shower area. making whole area wet and dirty. The worst part is the elevator from this apartment, there is only 2 working elevators for the whole apartment. the waiting time for the elevator is at least 5 to 7 mins and each time, the lift is packed to body to body because of too long the waiting time. the worrying part is the danger of using such elevator, whether they maintain it properly as its very run down and people just continue to close the door lift even when there is overweight sound. And its very stuffy inside the lift, i feel that casualty will occur in no time and urge the authority to look into this. This is very dangerous for tourist.

Location is awesome right smack at Bejing Rd, with Tee Mall facing it. The apartment building is quite dated and be prepared to wait for long for the lift during check out time. Other than that, check in is at 18th floor and they do accept late check-in, which is a plus.

Despite the shabby exterior and entrance/lobby, room was adequately clean and had everything we needed. Staff were also very helpful and responsive to our needs. Room’s projector and speaker were exceptionally nice and we thoroughly enjoyed that feature in the evenings and warm afternoons trying to hide from the sun. Location of hotel was also excellent and unbeatable

Good location, clean room..worth to stay.

I rented it for one night to work outside. It felt good. The projection clarity in the room was great. The room was also relatively large. The scenery outside the window was pretty good. I forgot to take a photo. I'll use the scenery picture of Guangzhou mountain climbing to top it. 😂

The room is very nice, the location is very good, it is right outside Metro Line 6, and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street is downstairs from the room. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation, especially for taking the subway. I arrived early and the handsome service guy at the front desk checked me in!

Very clean, the room has a refrigerator and microwave, Beijing Road is very close downstairs, there are all kinds of places to eat and shop around, the 100-inch projection in the room made the children very happy, I want to thank the boss, the child's glasses fell in the room, the boss also helped to express them back to Shanghai, I recommend it to those who live near Beijing Road, the room is super big

The service attitude was very good, and they extended our check-out to 2 o'clock for free; the location was very good, Beijing Road was downstairs, and it was very convenient for shopping, and it was just opposite the subway station, so it was convenient for travel. The 2-bedroom, 1-living room room was very good this time, and the bathroom in the 1-bedroom, 1-living room room was a little small.
