The hotel sets the central air conditioning to start at a specific temperature in order to control energy consumption while providing everyone with a suitable price. But obviously we ignored your urgent need for warmth this time. We have reviewed the temperature control standards and will make more flexible adjustments in the future. If you feel cold during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we will promptly arrange an extra blanket. We sincerely apologize for the damage to the glass door. There was a loophole in the routine inspection. As long as you inform the front desk, the maintenance team will rush to repair it as soon as possible.
