Decent place inside but location is a bit of a tricky one. Overall a decent experience

Hotel is located close to river, what is quite nice, but surrounding on one side of the building is not very nice

Ai in the room not working all the times, the toilet bowl were clogged 2 times during my 3 nights stay which made me so frustrated.

The hotel is beautiful 😻, clean and comfortable a bit advanced with technology.The breakfast had limited options. The location is not bad, very close to the shopping malls and restaurants but a bit far from the airport.The service at the reception was terrible especially from the ladies who worked day shift. Their attitude was so unwelcoming.The hotel had only one steaming iron and was super inconvenient for us given the fact that they only gave us one door/elevator access card that was also used for the lights in the room, meaning that my friend and I had to carry each other around everywhere we went. That was not nice at all, How I wish we didn’t stay for so long in this hotel, we couldn’t wait to check out. Despite the beautiful interior of the hotel, we will never book this hotel again and we don’t recommend it due to their poor customer service!

It was a quick decision to book this hotel, it's really good one no doubt for short trip little pricey

The stay was pleasant. Staff here are helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Huangsha Pier (3 mins walk) where you can take a ferry to Shamian island. The hotel is in a creative industry park, so it’s relatively quiet if you remember to close the window in the evening. The bed was super comfortable. Overall we are satisfied with the hygiene and service.

Not enough room key cards for family members who have no Mainland mobile number to get access to QR code for opening doors and elevator, hotel should provide at least 2 key cards for 2 users per room.

Hi tech equipment ，best friendly service , breakfast is good,because the location is a bit of quiet so it is better to book with breakfast, a hidden gem in my home town!

The hotel is very hidden in a designer park, near to zhu jiang river, but there is no tourist spot or trsin station nearby, walking to nearest train station will be 15-20mins, surrounding no much food or leisure place. Good thing is quiet. Fruit is served when you check in and went into room. The breakfast at roof top view was wow. Nearby tourists attraction by taxi is Shamian Island.

Hotel location is quite secluded, 10 mins walk to nearest MRT station. We booked three rooms for four nights. Conceirge staff are very warm and welcoming. Special commendations for excelllent service to 石小姐 at check in and Trainee 小赵. Both of them are patient and sincere in providing utmost assistance to us and our fellow travelers. Housekeeping staff are also very kind and smiley, the rooms are cleaned very well daily during our stay. Daily breakfast is adequate and tasty, Chef and 阿姨mending the noodle stations are very friendly and helpful too. Will certainly return to stay. Thanks Yatland

Very nice stay and very nice room. Had a pleasant time right from check in where the staff surprised us with a nice cup of tea.
