Response from Property: You booked a set of 2 beds + sofa bed. Because your foreign phone number could not be reached in advance, I could not confirm your number in advance. I was worried that you had a large group of people, so just in case I reserved a normal 3-bed room for you. So it is different from the pictures on the platform. The reserved one is in medieval style. I don't know why you think the furniture is old. It has been online for more than 2 years and it is definitely not brand new.

Response from Property: Before you checked in , you stated that you needed to cancel as you were going to another city. according to the rules, we need to charge you 30% as a penalty fee. You accused us of unfairly deducting the penalty fee. After being informed by the platform's customer service, you realized that you had violated the cancellation rules. you checked in normally. During the check-in, there was no feedback on any issues. In the end, because we didn’t accept your cancellation,you left us a negative review.The address was clearly displayed on the platform,that wasn’t our fault.

However, I understand that it is not easy for you to bring your children. I finally went through very complicated procedures for you and was busy all the time. I provided a house that was not suitable for your number of people.
