My stay at the Radisson RED was a breath of fresh air! I absolutely loved the hotel's bold and daring decor—it was vibrant and exciting without being offensive, and such a welcome change from the standard, bland hotel design.
A huge highlight was the exceptional service, particularly from Bella at the front desk. I arrived flustered and sweaty, and she immediately noticed and offered me a bottle of water. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and answered all of my questions without any hassle. She truly made me feel welcome and accommodated.
The inclusive breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of selections to choose from, and the service in the dining area was also great. My room was decently clean and provided excellent value for the price. The location is unbeatable for travelers; just a corner away from the Guangzhou South Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for an overnight stay.
There were just a couple of very minor points to note. I was a little disappointed my room didn't have a bathtub, but for the price, it was completely understandable. The soundproofing is generally good (I slept good with the consistent pitter platter of rain), but I could surprisingly hear construction drills from the 32nd floor in the morning. Also, the wall-mounted hairdryer holder in the bathroom was a bit awkwardly positioned and loose, making it difficult to keep the dryer upright.
Despite these tiny hiccups, I loved the overall vibe and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located, and well-served stay in Guangzhou

This is great property if you have to connect trains at Guangzhou South station. Property is new and we arrived about 0930 in the evening to Checkin. There is a 7 eleven downstairs if you need snacks. Will come back again.

Every time I come to Guangzhou I stay at this hotel. The reception is always so warm, friendly, and helpful, especially Yuna!

We stayed at Radisson for a night as we were planning to catch the train to Macau the next day. Walking distance to south train station, about 10 minutes. Took us about an hour from Guangzhou International Airport by car. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and rooms are accessed by another lift on the same floor. The room is clean and has a good view. Walking distance to some FnB, about 15 mins walk to a dim sum place that is highly raved in that area. Reception spoke Chinese and check-in was a breeze.

Well appointed room has the features of a 5 star hotel. The red and black colour scheme is not really to my liking, but that’s me. The mattress and bedsheets were super comfortable, I did not want to leave the bed in the morning 😁 I also loved the food robot. You can order food delivery and note your room number. The front desk will place your food in a robot who comes right to your door with delivery status displayed on the TV! Location is right next to Guangzhou south railway station, which is a plus, but it is a new area with not much local flavour.

Very close to railway station. Service was pretty nice but I had some issues with the shower. All together it was a good stay.

Exit east or South east exit from the South train station, just take 3-5 mins to the hotel.
Hotel is super clean.
The room service was not working via room qr code.
