I came with my parents for a trip, and the location was right in front of Grindelwald Station, so transportation was convenient and the cleanliness was good! The view from the terrace was also great. The price was reasonable by Swiss standards, which was nice, and the breakfast was perfect.

This room is quite spacious for 3 people. We stayed in Room 210, facing the train station. We were worried about the noise, so we sent a request for a room on the other side early, but the hotel said they didn't receive it. Fortunately, the train braked far away, and there was no sound when we arrived downstairs of the hotel. The doors and windows of the room are double-glazed and soundproof, so we hardly heard the sound of the train. I am also very grateful to Ctrip customer service for helping me coordinate a room change. Although there were no other rooms, the customer service responded very promptly.
