之前一個人來住過兩次，感覺非常不錯.這次跟家裡人一起定的三人間，三人間在五樓，房間還有一個螺旋樓梯，對行李箱不太友好.
但是位置和環境以及工作人員都非常nice.

位置很好，就在火車站旁邊，停車位有點少，只有幾個，而且比較難停，建議技術不好的就不要停在酒店旁邊了!
另外早餐選擇還可以，主要是早餐的服務人員有點臭臉，而且不耐煩，特別是對中國人，相反對外國人笑面迎人，這個有點讓人難過。

景色無敵，陽台正對雄偉壯麗的大山（好像是艾格峯？）離火車站真是超級近（雖然我這次歐洲遊訂的都是火車站附近的酒店，但這個絕對是最近的），下了火車，一分鐘都不要就能到酒店；房間也挺大，工作人員都很友善，房間設施略舊，不過性價比很高，出行方便，景色迷人，下次有機會還會光顧。

在trip.com上預訂有露台的房間，但酒店卻說因為酒店已滿只能提供閣樓的房間，閣樓的房間需要走10多級樓梯才能到達，提着大行李根本完全不方便，而且上不到房間。這情況就是貨不對辦，付費2000多元港幣的房間卻只能住閣樓。房間內衛生情況普通，有很多蟲，而且燈光昏暗。不推薦。

The location, food, and cleanliness were all excellent! The room with a balcony was great for our family of three to relax in. We spent a lot of time looking at the Eiger. Shopping is also very close, so we've been there many times. I highly recommend it!
