Perfect location in-between DT & airport, great friendly service all the way. I would recommend anyone for both business & leisure stay.

Great place. Great food and bar. NOT a place to relax. To many screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Its a hot tub to relax.not a wading pool for the little ones.

There was a l reunion in which I got to talk to some veterans of the Vietnam War which made my stay there very enjoyable and informative

The hotel is good value for money, and it's only about 20 minutes' drive from downtown Pittsburgh. It's good to stay here if you drive yourself, and parking is free. But during the 3 nights, the room was not cleaned when I returned to the room on the second night. The housekeeping department actually forgot to clean it. I called to ask them to come and clean, but the phone was not connected. I had to go to the front desk specifically, and the front desk lacked professionalism. I always suspected that the guests didn't let anyone come to clean. It was also quite speechless. It was more than 6 o'clock in the evening, and they told me that the housekeeping department had all gone off work and couldn't come to clean. In the end, I could only get clean towels and paid for mineral water at the front desk. I made up the sheets myself. As a result, a housekeeper came to take out the garbage at more than 8 o'clock. I feel that the management of this hotel is quite chaotic. They said they were off work and came to clean again. It happened in a brand chain hotel.

I don't understand why the king-size bed room doesn't have hot water. The front desk service is still very good.

I decided to stay in Pittsburgh for one night on the way, but I made a mistake when booking. The front desk clerk was very patient and used his phone to translate into Chinese, telling me that I had booked for tomorrow. I asked if it could be changed to today, and the clerk took the initiative to help me change it. He also helped us log into the hotel's WeChat network.

On a hill not far from the city. It covers a large area with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The room is also large enough, but toiletries, slippers, etc. are not provided. The facilities are very complete, with supermarkets and restaurants open until late. Ice machines, microwaves, and many details are well done. The parking lot needs to be early or it will be crowded. Free parking is a big advantage.

The overall feeling is average, nothing special

Double tree is very cost-effective and we stayed there for two days.

The hotel is decent, there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff

The breakfast is very good and the environment is good. It is highly recommended!
